Phoenix Orange Beach 503

Great condo and prefect location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Phoenix Orange Beach. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The parking was available and so convenient especially since we brought small children and their safety is always upmost in our minds. We were hesitant because we usually stay in a smaller complex but this one was quiet, and never seemed crowded. The pool area was a huge hit with the grandchildren and the grill area was also situated in a great area.

This place was fantastic. Took family vacation, 5 adults and 4 kids under the age of 5. This place was perfect! Lots to do close by too! We will be back! Only suggest...provide a mop. I bought a swiffer to use. With all of the littles things get dropped on the floor.

Perfect location - on the beach, near restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Condo had all the amenities for a great family getaway.

The place was very good and comfortable. Only complaints were short a trash can, a blanket in the closet was dirty (but could have been from a previous stay and house keeping did not know it was in use), but everything was very good. We would come back here.

From check in to checkout we had an amazing time. The condo was beautiful and if we had any issues we received help within the day. Would highly recommend, Orange Beach just moved to my #1 spot to vacation!

We stayed at unit 503 in Orange Beach and could not have been more happy with our choice. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with items that we did not expect to find. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 11. We loved the location since major shopping and restaurants are right across the street and a very short walk. The beach was wonderful and amenities such as the lazy river were great fun and relaxing. Loved the available bbq grills. We will be back and would highly recommend this condo if you go to orange beach. It’s the best location by far

Our first time in orange beach or a Phoenix property and we are in love with both. We have four kids. There was so much space and it’s the first time no one fought over showers or bathrooms. The fifth floor view is centrally located. Parking is on the same floor.covered, and super fast to access. The pin pad door entry is better than keys. Lazy river was a hit with the kids. The beach was stunning. Check in and out we’re fast and literally no issue at all. The condo has nice furnishings and lots of counter space. There weren’t a ton of cooking supplies or maybe they weren’t awesomely organized but it didn’t stop us. Coastal is two doors down and is fantastic to walk to on the beach with or without kids. Walmart and Publix across the street. We will be back.

Great stay, beautiful condo

Good morning
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo.
the overall experience was great!
The unit was beautiful and gave us ladies plenty of room and beautiful views!
The staff we encountered were professional and genuinely friendly and accommodating.
now for the downside:
The unit itself when you walked looked great, however, once you were settled we realized it wasn’t clean.
The kitchen counters were sticky, grimy and had gunk on them.
the cabinets had dirty dishes and cookware.
The fridge had dirty shelves and smelled of shrimp which was apparent, because there were tell-tale signs of shrimp.
Also, the floors were dirty and underneath every piece of furniture in the condo, hadn’t been swept or mopped in quite some time.
and, that was evident in the bedrooms as well.
We found bottle tops, empty bottle of wine(by the nightstand) fingernails, candy wrappers and candy underneath the beds and couch and dust and other debris. if you need pics for proof of uncleanliness for your cleaning crew we have such.
Also, the dishwasher was not working properly.
we attempted to wash coffee cups several times, before just hand washing them.
Also, maintenance needs to check all of the outlets, because half of them don’t work.
Once again, we did enjoy this unit and our stay.
I’m not one to complain, but if was condo owner I would want to be aware of this issue.
We did send an email to the management company regarding the issues but never received a response back.

Beautiful condo with nice layout , spacious and awesome views. Loved the large balcony and great outdoor furniture.
Disappointed with the quality of cookware- very poor- need to replace especially skillets . Also the floors were very dirty , need to address with cleaning crew.
Enjoyed our stay , comfortable and convenient.

Great trip to the beach! Condo was spacious and nice. Orange Beach is the best on the Gulf. Wonderful time with family.

Great views and location. The only thing I would have to say about this unit is the living room couch was so uncomfortable to sit on that no family members sat on the couch the whole stay. When we checked in the floors were vacuumed but not mopped everyone that took their shoes off walking around had black on the bottoms of their feet. Hope this helps.

The condo was very appealing in appearance and in a great location. The only issues we had were the broken furniture on the balcony and the washing machine not working. Overall, we had a very good time!

My family has experienced one of the best family vacations we have ever had. Phoenix Orange Beach is one place we would highly recommend to anyone.

Everything about it was perfect!

Loved it. We use VRBO 2 times per year, and have had some stinkers. This VRBO was safe, clean, huge, and right on the beach. Our group will be back.

The room was huge, clean, and modern. Easy access to the beautiful beach. Shopping for groceries directly across the street. Staff were kind and helpful. This was our second time on the property itself. We will continue to come to Phoenix Orange Beach on all future endeavors in the area.

We were so glad to have stayed in this condo. It is colorful and comfortable! It was so wonderful to have 3 recliners to choose from! We have always wondered why more condos don’t put an emphasis on comfortable furniture like unit 503 does. We also enjoyed the staff in the building. Good location...good stay!

The property was greatness! The weather wasn’t that good but we enjoyed just relaxing and hanging out in the condo and on the balcony.

This condo was beautiful and our family had a great experience. The property manager gave great customer service and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This Condo was fabulous. Great location and glad we didn't go higher than 5th floor.

The condo was very nice. The balcony was large enough for 7 people to hang out on comfortably with room to move. The rooms were large with room to move around. Security was great, there were no unattended rowdy teenagers roaming around after pools and lazy river closed, Check in was smooth and the employees were friendly. The condo was well kept as well as the parking garage and grounds. Beach access was easy with a boardwalk. I will definitely stay here again

My family had a great time at this condo and resort! We had 6 adults and 5 kids staying in this condo with plenty or space. We especially loved being able to park on the same level as the condo. It made loading/unloading so much smoother! So many restaurants and grocery store options are close by! We will definitely come again!

This location, condo, etc. was just perfect. View of beach was great. Drive up parking, right to your floor. Furnishings and condo were brand new. No complaints.

We had the best time at the Phoenix Orange Beach Unit 503. We stayed the week of the Artic Blast but had a great time regardless. The unit was beautifully furnished. Charlie, manager of Phoenix Vacation Properties was super. We will surely return.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and ready for us. One of the best things was the parking! We were able to park right on our floor (5th). The only thing I found a little odd was the # of plates, cups, silverware etc. Even though it is advertised as sleeps 12 (we had 11) there were only 11 plates, cups etc. Not a big deal, but wondered did housekeeping actually take away one of each? Overall our stay was enjoyable!

Gorgeous beach front condo that accommodated three adults and six children comfortably. The beds were very comfortable with clean linen. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. Location was wonderful with parking on the same level. Kids loved the pool with the slide and lazy river. I would definitely book this condo again for a family vacation.

We were totally pleased with the condo! Great location! Great furnishings! Loved the easy access to parking and easy access to the beach! Our five grandkids (ages 3-10) loved the lazy river and the space to run around in the condo; they never wanted to leave. The deck was marvelous! The only complaint I could voice at all was that we had to abandon the balcony a few times, because the residents in the condo beneath us used their balcony as a smoking lounge with the smoking wafting up to us.

This is a really lovely condo that is nicely decorated and furnished. Our group of seven (4 adults, 3 kids) were very comfortable for the week. The amenities (pools, lazy river, in unit laundry) were a huge bonus and the beach is fantastic for families. We used Ike's beach service to enjoy the beachfront access even more. We loved watching dolphins off the balcony in the morning while eating breakfast. The proximity to the grocery store made it easy to get supplies and we enjoyed the location as it is a bit quieter and less party/touristy as compared to the neighboring Gulf Shores area, but still with easy access to shops & restaurants. We really enjoyed Fin & Fork and Ruby Slipper. The Wharf was a nice shopping area. And the Jet Boat and Dolphin cruise were great! The only negatives of our stay were: 1. The neighboring hotel (Breakers) had a large group of people who were very loud/partying congregate on their board walk every night past 10/11pm so we couldn't enjoy sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves after our kids went to bed, which was a bummer. Fortunately, the sliding glass doors are heavy and drowned out the noise once closed. And, 2. The cleaning service is not very thorough, which is unacceptable given the high cleaning fee. They didn't adequately sweep the floor around the entryway, and unfortunately, there was broken glass in the doormat and entryway that we discovered when a large shard punctured my daughter's foot. We then thoroughly shook out the mat and swept all around the entryway outside/inside and under the entryway table and found several large pieces of broken glass. Clearly, the cleaning service didn't bother to sweep under the table, around the edges or shake out the mat and my poor kid got the bloody and painful consequence of their carelessness. I would hope the cleaning service would up their quality, but I would still not hesitate to recommend this condo for your vacation, just may want to sweep as soon as you arrive.
