This unit was very clean and beautiful. We had the best trip. I highly recommend staying here. The management is very accommodating .

The resort it self was beautiful. I would definitely stay again. However at check in, the lady was rude, unconcerned and acted as if i was in the wrong place. Gave her our name and she advised that i was not on the roster. Pulling up my email that was sent to me i had to prove her wrong. After all my money was paid in full, she did mot even try to look for the reservation just glanced with a nasty attitude and said maam your name is not here. It is horrible i had to come out of character ti say u need to look again because i am there once i had to raise
My voice she quickly decides to say she is very sorry she is not the one usually work that area, oops i do see your name, i am so so sorry. Then she tells me i had to pay to part, $55. Ummm no maam that is cover, she says no. I advised that the renter person advised me that it was, then he we go again, she Bluntly said well she LIED parking is not cover.. i had to bring the emails out again, here she goes again apologizing. To me she shas degraded me in front of people, and ruined the first oart of my vacation and she did not really give a dam. But when i finally got to the room it was just as described. But it was **** getting in there and for that i need to be credited back something and they need to put a ad i. The paper for tnew custermer service that is respectful cause that will
Run you away and it is too many other buildings on that strip where i can take my business else where. She need a training in how to talk to people. She is very demeaning and disrespectful to say i am soending my money. Hope you guys have a better experience casue she was the first face i seen and that first apperance controled my whole trip.

We have vacationed in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for years and love the area. We picked a different locale this time and were very satisfied. Good location and loved the amenties!

We had a great time at this condo!

The photos are accurate and we were pleased with our stay. We arrived early that day and got our parking pass, then headed to the pool. Having a covered assigned parking spot was great. The condo was clean -and we have high expectations. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked with everything we needed to cook including Tupperware for storage. The washer and dryer were useful since we were there for dance competition. The only thing we didn’t like was coming back one day to a filter in our trash can and debris on the floor under the dining area vent. We assumed they came to change the filters with no notice. There was a paper in the elevator stating Brent Robinson rooms would be getting changed but we didn’t rent from them. A heads up would have been nice since it did include our unit. Keep in mind the elevators may take some time because there are a lot of people there especially on check in days. We would definitely stay here again. It’s difficult to get 5 stars out of us but they did it.

Our stay did not begin well -
The code we were given to open the door would not work upon arrival. After 30 minutes, we were able to contact Phoenix Rentals and received a new code. It worked until the second afternoon, and then we had to get another code. Not fun when standing outside in the sun and heat, with luggage and groceries.
The first two days of our stay, there was a bad odor in the unit. I thought it smelled like mildew, my husband thought sewer.
We appreciated the free parking space in the covered parking garage. Easier for loading and unloading and we didn't have to hunt for a parking space.
We were disappointed that there was no starter pack of coffee, shampoo or Kleenex, which we have had in other units we have stayed in.
The location of the unit was great and so was the gulf view.

Need to supply more towels. need to supply more toilet paper and it needs to be better grade. The TV did not work. It took 1/2 hour to get into the room because the door code did not work. The furniture on the balcony should be upgraded. Even though the property is on the beach, the distance from the property to the beach is substantial.

Clean rental. Helpful staff. Perfect arrangement for two people with own bed and bath.

Pretty standard property and what I was expecting. A longer walk to the beach than I’d like but overall I’m satisfied.

This unit had everything we needed to have a great location. It was incredibly clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. Conveniently located near several shopping centers and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Condo is exactly as described. Clean (which is a huge deal to my family) and in excellent condition. My ONLY complaint, and it has nothing to do with the condo itself, is I wish the complex would shut off the pool waterfall at night so that you can hear the ocean through the night!! I would highly recommend this condo.

The condo was very well equipped and comfortable for our 2 week stay! Will definitely book again for our 2022 trip,if not sooner.

We went in April, the weather was a little cool that week but the benefit was sleeping with the balcony door open and listening to the surf. The balcony is large and has a table. We had a couple meals on the balcony.

The property is easy to to find, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The Condo was clean and well maintained. The only downside was the unsecured WiFi.

It was a great week and we will be back.

Rental process was very simple. Both Charlotte and Cayce were very helpful and friendly!
The unit and complex were both very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again for certain.
