Phoenix X 311

Very clean condo !! We enjoyed our stay and we will be staying at the Phoenix X again! Great location !! The condo did need some attention, but it did not hamper our vacation. The closet door in main bedroom needs to be fixed. I suggest they get a can opener!
The beach was fabulous!!!

3rd fl perfect for view of the water/easy on the elevators or taking the stairs
BR toilets not very clean esp 2nd Room
Possibly need new agitator for washing machine—makes lot of noise
Also purchased light bulbs for the condo

This is our second time staying in this unit because we liked the convenience of having parking on the same level as our condo and we knew what we wanted in a place to stay for the week. This condo allowed us to sit on the balcony, enjoying the sunrise and sunset without coffee. Our kids were able to enjoy time in the hot tubs and pools as well as being steps away from the beautiful beach. Cons: When we arrived there was a roach on the kitchen floor but didn't see any the rest of the time. The beds were still has hard as what they were last time as well as but a suggestion would be to offer a mattress topper for those who prefer their mattress a little softer. Also upon arrival we noticed the balcony sliding screen was off the track and the drawer in the 2 queen bedroom was still broke from the last time we visited. Although those things were broke, those are minor and we still had an amazing vacation with awesome weather. We will be back for the 3rd time.

Our unit had a lovely view but there were problems. The beds and bathrooms were clean but the furniture and rug were very dirty. Also, it was quite dusty. We called maintenance for a broken lamp, a bathroom outlet that didn't work, a broken clock and a light above the sink that didn't work. This place needs some TLC.

Good for the most part. Great room view. Easy access. Only issue we had was hair wad on bed and mildew on shower curtain. Both in guest room. I called the # on the email to let them know the next day as we got there late afternoon. No answer left a message about the condition of the guest room. No one responded back. Told the front desk and they said that room wasn’t managed by them. We just slept in the other bed. No one ever got back with us.

Condo was located in a perfect location. All else was marginal at best. Fees are excessive. For example: Paid $150 for housekeeping 3 nights and the room wasn’t serviced during the stay. Place needed deep cleaned, a coat of paint, and furniture that wasn't broken. Sofa was broken down and filthy. The furniture on the balcony was brown. Noticed broken drawer pulls and other issues. Wouldn’t recommend this unit.

The condo location is excellent. The furnishings were badly worn. The shower curtain was mildewed. The outdoor furnishings ripped. The patio floor was filthy. The beds were doable because I brought my own pillows and blankets. One towel in guest bathroom so if you are renting this unit bring towels. The kitchen was well stocked with pots. Television was broken in living room. It took two days to get a replacement. This condo is on satellite tv so many of the stations do not operate most of the time.

Overall unit 311 was fine. Little too much furniture in the living room and the master bed is an absolute torture rack. You would almost be as comfortable sleeping on the tile floor!

Very nice condo, clean & good location. Check in was a little troublesome guy to 30 minutes to check in two groups, I was the third person so it took me 45 minutes then code to room did not work went down the guy could not help me.

5 day guy, golfing trip.

Unit 311 was not clean, had to replace Extremely mildewed shower curtains, rug had things stuck to it, when unfolded sofa there were 2 Capri sun containers in it, crock pot was cracked and poorly glued, guest room bed cover was stained, extra stained pillows and blankets thrown on floor in closet, vases in bedroom were very dusty. It was in a good location

Great location of property and condo inside the property. It’s on the third floor overlooking the pool, the beach and right over the boardwalk! Awesome. The condo needs more water pressure, a new shower curtain in master bath, the garbage disposal did not work and the dishwasher needs to be worked on. Other than that, great vacation!

We were in town for a baseball tournament mixed with vacation time. The location is excellent - right on the Florida/Alabama state line. Easy to walk to several restaurants and literally next to Flora-Bama bar/restaurant. This condo was a comfortable size for our family of 3 and could easily accommodate more people. Loved that it is on the same floor as parking.

We paid close to $3000 for a week at the beach in mid-May. This condo was advertised to be updated in 2018 and have tennis courts. Tennis courts was one of the main reasons my family booked this condo so we were very disappointed to hear the tennis courts were destroyed by a Hurricane over 2 years and no longer there. They plan to put in a lazy river (which is mentioned on the website) but construction hasn't even started. When we arrived, the condo bathrooms and kitchen had not been cleaned. I brought Clorox wipes and cleaned all the crumbs, coffee droplets, and hair from the sink/tubs myself. We also ran the dishwasher to clean the glasses with orange juice pulp and silverware that had food stuck on it. I called Management and was met with someone who said “what exactly do you want cleaned?” then told they would come next day between 10-12. They never showed up or called. He barely acknowledged the lack of tennis courts – only to say that he thought the website was updated. The garbage disposal doesn’t work which doesn’t bother me but when you run the dishwasher, it backs up into the sink – be prepared to clean the sink from all the grossness that erupts from the backed up pipes. I did not even bother to call the management about that as they clearly don’t care to address issues.
To speak to the good points. The location is not bad but on the further end of Orange Beach. The outside pool and pool deck are maintained very well. They clean the deck and pier walkway to the beach all the time. I love the set up of the picnic tables and hose cleaning stations. Staff was very nice. I think the condo could use more shade and umbrellas around the pool for older adults and children as it gets very hot. The walk to the beach is perfect. However, be prepared that the condo uses all available space for their own rentable chairs/umbrellas. Those of us that bring our own, have to walk pretty far to find a spot. T

Beach was good. The weather was great. The unit needs help. There is a moldy shower curtain and liner in the guest bathroom, there is a broken handle and a missing handle on the dresser in the guest bedroom. The light under the kitchen sink is not working. Overall the unit needs to be updated

The location is good. Liked being on the 3rd floor. Parking was easy.
The condo is really small. Furniture is cheap, sofas are old, dirty and stained. Area rug stained and dirty . It has not been vacuumed. There were food crumbs, wrappers, nail clippings. So gross. I don’t think bedding was cleaned. It’s felt like a cheap and neglected condo. Too bad bc it could be nice. Would not recommend!

We had a great stay and look forward to the next time. Easy check in, we were mostly satisfied with this condo but we did have some minor problems with the garbage disposal and slow draining shower stalls. The manager responded quickly to our call about the disposal. This unit also needs a deep cleaning of the rug and sofas in living area. The view of the gulf was just what we needed to boost our moods this winter.

The place was awesome. Next to Flora-Bama bar. Had its own beach access. Close to many shops, restaurants, and things to do. The beach was awesome to hang out at and very nice. The room was only on the third floor very easy to access as well.

Pleased with overall complex and condo 311. 311 is great location in complex as it is right across from elevator that goes directly to pool and boardwalk to beach. The unit is small but well maintained and clean. A bonus is no that covered parking is also on 3rd floor. The proximity from last of boardwalk to water is short. The swimming pool is large and wonderful. Phoenix X I right next door to Flors Bama where you can walk to get meal, cocktail or listen to the many bands that play there. The only complaint with Phoenix X is having to pay for parking and beach chair/umbrella rentals. We normally go to Destin and those amenities have been included in all of the places that we have stayed several time per year.
Overall I recommend Phoenix X and condo 311. Had an enjoyable vacation and would recommend to others.

Great location and convenient access to the beach! We loved the short board walk to the beach. The only complaint was the cleanliness of the the room. It was very dusty, the floors were dirty, the bed spreads were stained, and the shower curtain had mold. It’s needs a good thorough cleaning!!!

The bed was had as concrete, and the staff were very rude and unhelpful.

Overall the condo was good. For us, it was too close to the pool which didn’t close until 11 pm each night & children swimming were very noisy— so relaxing was not possible. Also balcony had not been cleaned, the floor was very sticky so we couldn’t go outside without shoes.

Condo is in the perfect location with wonderful amenities! We had so much fun!

We have enjoyed this unit more than once. The size is perfect for us and it is nicely decorated also. It is situated right above the pool and walkway to the beach so keeping an eye on my grandkids was easy. I will definitely book 311 at the Phoenix 10 again. Thank you

Everything was great until I got to looking at everything and especially the bathroom. The shower curtains at mildew on them and the dishes within the cabinet were not all the way clean. Other than that this day was OK.

We loved it great location. Great location in the building for people watching. Only one thing. Both bathrooms was in a bedroom so if someone was on the hideaway in the living room and needed to go in the night they would have to come through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. Other than that it’s is a great place. Perfect spot and very clean

It was surprisingly quiet in our condo at night with the FloraBama so close. The high rise parking lot must be a good buffer. The beaches, as always, were beautiful. The condo needs a new hair dryer, a new shower head in master & a repair made to fan in master bath. Otherwise, great place to stay! When they decide to change out the furnishings, smaller pieces should be chosen, especially in master BR.

The trip was very relaxing. Due to Coronavirus we were not able to go out too much. Unit 311 made it very easy to stay in. Beautiful decor and cleanliness made for a wonderful getaway!

While we only used the condo for showering and sleeping, as we are building a home in the area, the condo was very nice and comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms could be updated but work fine.

Phoenix Rentals () doesn't treat you as a number, you are a guest. Whatever, you need in a vacation rental, they will happily find the perfect fit. Apartment 311 in Phoenix 10 was a perfect fit for us. It is just as described, so cute, clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Loved the black out curtains. #311 has a great view of the beach and is situated directly over the pool for fun people watching. We highly recommend this two bedroom condo and Phoenix Rentals.

These are the most comfy sofa ever. Such a pretty living area. Love the paint color(what is it name paint)? Kitchen was very well equipped. Might want to raise the light over the table a bit. I 5ft 2 and was the only one in my group that could walk to sit on that side of the table...but nice light!

The condo was in great condition and the location to the beach and pool was perfect. The only feedback I have is regarding the construction going on at the pool. It was very loud and shut down the kiddie pool, and portions of the indoor pool.

We loved it here. Condo was well appointed and clean. Everything appears new or updated as the pictures show. We had a great long weekend with friends and family.

The condo was beautiful and clean. However, the hot tubs were cold and mostly nonfunctional while we were there. Since it was cold outside that was a huge miss. I did talk with the front desk and they admitted to having problems but the problem was not fixed for either hot tub for a week. This was an important feature to our family due to health issues. Otherwise we had a very nice time.
