Very clean, the employees were polite and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again!! The lazy river was great!! Loved the parking deck.

Condo was great. Just wished the weather had cooperated. It raiined a few days and ocean was rough and kids couldn’t get in.

The entire family loved this condo! It was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. We also loved the proximity to the beach, making it easier to get all of beach equipment out every day for beach days.The views from the balcony were amazing and being at pelican flight level was a bonus. Our family of 6 plan on staying here again next year.

loved the property and unit, but is it too much to ask for more than one trash bag? i think one per night of stay or even one for every other night is reasonable. just annoying to have to buy something so basic... feel like trash bags are in the same category as toilet paper!

What a great unit! Very well setup for a group and had everything we needed for a wonderful week on the beach!

This was a great property and location. Close to everything, shopping, groceries, restaurants, and easy to get out to the beach. Very clean and nice set up with everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was our 2nd year staying in the Phoenix Orange Beach but the first time in this particular unit. We LOVE the location, views, and access this property provides. However, our family felt this particular until was not as clean or well-maintained as the unit we stayed previously.

Once we got into the unit, we noticed a few things: there was a bag of dirty linens or trash left on a side table in the living room, a lamp was broken in the primary bedroom (still functional though), and the floors felt somewhat grimey. We also noticed that the couch was quite worn (and not the most comfortable) and the rug and some of the furniture looked dingy. The other callout from our family was that a couple of the mattresses were extremely hard/firm.

Overall, the unit was OK. The unit we stayed in previously was one of the most well-maintained properties we've ever stayed in so our expectations were very high. However, I think better/updated furniture and a better cleaning crew could really elevate this property.

Phoenix Rentals made it super easy to reserve & stay in this beautiful condo in Orange Beach. Our group really loved the space, the large round table for gathering and the balcony offered plenty seating. The minor issue with the ice maker was addressed with one phone call. We were very pleased. We did find the lazy river in need of cleaning but it was off season so maybe that’s why it was not attended to while we were there. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in condo 1603 at the Phoenix Orange Beach resort! The condo was as advertised and very clean and comfortable. The amenities at the the resort were also great. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Condo was in the perfect location across from restaurants and stores plus on a wonderful, not overly crowded, beach. Condo was furnished nicely and came with all the amenities. Elevators were speedy, which is not common in a tall condo, and the building was well maintained.

One of the best condos I have ever stayed in - everything was clean and ready on arrival. Three couples staying together for a week and we all had our own bedrooms with attached baths. The living room has one of the best views EVER. Panoramic ocean views complete with pelican fly overs. This condo was larger than my home and the open concept and balcony allowed you to converse ir sit and read. Everything was easy from check in to check out.

We had an excellent experience! Check In/Check Out were easy. Resort was clean and well kept. Condo was perfect, had everything you could think of and plenty of space. Very clean! Perfect view, quiet beach even on spring break week. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will book again next year!

Location was excellent, the condo was fantastic, well furnished. Rental was easy and instructions for arrival and departure were easy and detailed.

Place was described perfectly! Loved the condo and the location. The only complaint was that the cleaning folks need to make sure the sofa is vacuumed and cleaned.

We had a phenomenal time at Orange Beach and the condo was everything it was promised to be! Can't recommend it highly enough!

Our family of six loved this condo. It was beautiful and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook full meals (no spices or cooking oils, so bring your own). There is a grocery store right across the street for all of the groceries you may need. The lazy river was a bit cold so we didn't use that but we did spend a lot of time at the indoor pool area and hot tubs. Beach access was very easy to get to and the view of the ocean from our balcony was absolutely stunning, we could see dolphins and stingrays which the kids thought was very cool! We would absolutely stay at this condo again!

It was comfortable and well maintained. It had a very good location, great view, and great amenities. We especially appreciated working with the property management company with unforeseen scheduling issues. We would definitely recommend this property.

The location was perfect. The beach was amazing. The grandchildren loved the Lazy River & Indoor Pool.
The high-end bedding, towels & decor made it so easy to relax after a day at the beach.

Everything about our stay on this property was just perfect. The space was just as it was described and even better. It was absolutely beautiful, spacious, well kept and so comfortable. The property staff at the front desk were so polite, sweet and helpful. We loved the view from the balcony and thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to the beautiful beach. We have already decided we will be making plans to come back.

We enjoyed the vacation due to the comforting suite. It felt like home from the moment we entered. The beds were so comfy. My daughter was impressed with the decor. We tried the pool area. Unfortunately water wasn't warm enough. Overall we had a great time.

This unit is the nicest unit we have ever rented. Plenty of room for all three families. Everything was state of the art and extremely clean. Two queen beds in two of the rooms made our sleeping arrangements comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay at Phoenix Orange Beach #1603! The condo was clean and beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river, as well as the beach! It was a bummer that the hot tubs and tennis court were not operational. I assume the court was down due to the hurricane, and the hot tub due to a COVID issue.
The facility didn't specify why those were not in use. The balcony was very large and it was wonderful and peaceful to sit there and hear the waves crashing. All instructions were clear and we had no issues. The kitchen had enough items to make meals, but just be aware that you will need to purchase everything from paper towels, storage bags, chip clips, salt/pepper, etc. There were some sand toys in the closet, but I wish there were more beach items (like beach towels, chairs or a boogey board). We did leave our volleyball and board in hopes that it will be left for future guests. The master bedroom had a very firm mattress that made me sore, but the other bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses! I was tempted to sleep in my kids' rooms instead!

If a future guest is reading this review, please be aware that the area lacks sidewalks. You have to walk on the side of the road to get to a cross walk.
My husband did run one day on the side of the road, but it is kind of dangerous. And the Starbucks across the street closes early afternoon and doesn't always have mobile ordering on their app working. We couldn't go inside to order (only drive-thru). They lost a lot of business because of it.

In all we were very pleased with our condo and had a wonderful stay!

Our family had a great trip staying in this condo. We enjoyed seeing dolphins from the balcony especially! The beds were comfortable! Easy access to the beach- just down the elevator and past the pool! Would stay here again.

We were searching for a property to suit the unique needs of our family and Charlie recommended Phoenix Orange Beach. This unit was fabulous. It had plenty of room for our daughter with a wheelchair as well as giving every member of our family plenty of space and privacy. As well, the unit was beautiful, comfortable, and had every amenity to make our stay very memorable. We've stayed at many places in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach over the past years, but this is our favorite now. Convenient to shopping and dining with amazing views.

The main disappointment was how much sand was in the sheets of three beds and the floors overall were dirty and sticky. The condo is beautifully decorated and it was a perfect size for our party of 7. The property manager was very attentive and dropped off some light bulbs and batteries for some lamps and remotes that needed them. We will definitely stay here again and are planning to book again next summer. Just needs a better cleaning in between stays

We normally stay at The Turquoise or Phoenix West ll. This location and condo is our favorite to date. Condo's amenities were complete and met our needs. Beds were the most comfortable, better sleep than at home. Location could not be beat for walking and groceries. We loved building's amenities and ease of parking. Elevators are not an issue. We will be back. Can't wait!!!

Will be back! Everything was perfect. Well appointed. Kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of room to seat a crowd for dinner. Love the complex.

Excellent location, roomy, clean and well organized. Only suggestion is to not have the trash pick up during check out time. There are 3 elevators and 1 was in use for trash leaving only 2 elevators for a very large number trying to checking out
