Phoenix Orange Beach 704

The maintenance and cleanliness of the whole property itself was very nice. The lobby and all the hallways very nicely kept. The bedrooms and beds are wonderful for the whole family, and all the furniture very nice. 3 bathrooms are wonderful. Very spacious condo. The condo itself could have been cleaner but we did some cleaning ourselves.

We had a good stay and the location was the best. Great beach and great view. The rental was not as nice as the photos and there was sand in the rooms and in the dresser drawers. The two walk in showers had mold. The only interaction with mgmt was getting the parking passes which became available at 4:30pm and no one was at the desk for a good 10 minutes with several people waiting.

Within 30 minutes of being inside the condo, our feet were completely black. The condo is in major need of a deep clean. The master shower wasn't cleaned at all prior to our stay, judging by the unsettling amount of different hair on the walls and door. We went out first thing in the morning and purchased bleach cleaner to wipe down the bathrooms and kitchen. There is a lot of dust on the lights and utility doors as well. Plenty of cooking supplies, but they were all thrown into one or two cabinets and we had to dig through them to find what we needed. Better organization in the kitchen would be nice since several cabinets were completely empty.

Other than the cleanliness, the condo is in a great location. Being on the same level as the parking garage and right by the elevators made it convenient with two small children. The beach and pool view was nice too! The condo itself is conveniently located to several grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions.

The property was nice ammenity wise. Wearing the wristbands at the pool was slightly annoying. The indoor pool and hot tubs also closed one day when it was storming, so be prepared to go out or spend the day in the room and not at the indoor facilities.

Overall, we would recommend this condo and stay here again, in hopes that the cleanliness was a one off and that it can be easily remedied.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. There were some cleanliness concerns that we noticed. Bedspreads need to be cleaned or replaced. Floors left bottoms of feet and socks very dirty indicating they had not been mopped.

The only issue we had was not enough kitchen towels. It was a very nice condo.

This condo is a nice place with easy access to parking on the 7th floor. My only complaint would be cleanliness, specifically the floors. It would’ve helped to have a good mop and bucket in the condo to use since the floors were pretty dirty to begin with. Overall, a nice place and the manager was very nice and helpful.

Condo was very nice. Everything was in working order. Employees were friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay and the condo was just as it appeared in the photos! No issues and it was clean upon arrival.

We had a great stay. The condo was beautiful and it was so convenient to park on the same floor as the condo. We had everything we needed in the condo for our stay.

6 adults and a 2 year old - had lots of room and great amenities. Condo was as wonderful, everything you need is in the kitchen and the view is amazing. Attractions and shopping right across the street. Highly recommend.

We were there a week and had a perfect time except for one night. We had just fallen asleep when a loud knocking noise started in the wall behind our headboard. It was consistent, and we were at our last nerve’s end! There was no way to get any sleep! I opened the sliding glass door to see if I could hear anything on the porch. The noise stopped. We ended up having to leave the door open a crack (which turns the air off!) But it was better to sleep hot than try to tune out the very loud noise.
We never heard it again thank goodness.
What in the World??? The other half of our group was in the condo next door. They never heard it.

The rental was just as pictured and very well kept. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. Having the 3 bathrooms was great! The balcony was relaxing and had a wonderful view. The full kitchen was nice and the icemaker was a huge BONUS. Laundry location in the room was also very nice and used. Would we stay here again, yes.
Would I change a few things, yes. There was only one roll of TP in each bathroom and 1 trash bag per trash can. I believe these items should be a stocked necessity and not a requirement for the renter to buy. The floors didn't seem very clean when we showed up, but we quickly learned that the sand travels through the air. Ha. We just kept sweeping, but would suggest you wear house shoes around. We also could not get into the Condo until 4:30PM. Our flights all got moved (out of our control) and we arrived at 10AM. There was no place for all of our luggage to be kept safe. It was very hard to get anywhere with 6 people and everyone's luggage. We didn't expect to get into our room at 10 AM but earlier would have been nice or a place for safe keeping of our items, like we have used at other areas/resorts. Again, the condo itself was very nice and decorated perfectly for a beach vacay.

The condo was as advertised, maybe even better. Our family had a great time. The facility was updated clean and family friendly. The waters edge was close to the building and the indoor pool was great for toddlers. The condo was also very handicap accessible and parking was convenient. Security was not very helpful.

The unit is very nice, just as pictured. It was perfect for 3 couples. Our only complaint is they have no basic things such as salt & pepper, foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, coffee filters. You have to buy all things for you stay.

Best condo! Very clean, every room updated, awesome large balcony and awesome view, very close to grocery store and shops, indoor pool, lazy river, right on the beach! Very very nice! Parking garage on same level as condo for convince of unloading and loading luggage! Absolutely no complaints! Will stay in this condo again for sure!

This condo was amazing. Very spacious, right on the gulf, great views! Saw dolphins every morning. Grocery stores right across the street. We lost wifi one day called the service number back up and running in 10 minutes. We loved the ice maker in the wet bar! Everything about this from booking, to communication, checking in, checking out was all so seamless and easy just the way it should be. The beds were comfortable. We had 6 people all adults and never were in each others way. I'd rent again for sure!

Broker handle on master tub, did housekeeping not see this when they cleaned or did they not clean? Condo was nasty Beach was nasty .
Security at pool was very rude. Pool was closed every time the sky hiccuped.

This unit was absolutely beautiful! Being on the 7th floor was the perfect level to view the ocean. Really liked having parking on this level as well. The unit was very spacious and my family all enjoyed our stay. The beach was not too busy and kids liked the pool area as well. Would definitely recommend and am looking forward to a return visit.

Everything in this condo is beautiful and a fantastic view of the Gulf! Had a family vacation. The building is secure, the area is great. I love coming to Orange Beach and none of the Phoenix properties have ever disappointed. Everything is high quality also, not just for looks. The property manager is very responsive to questions.

Phoenix Orange Beach unit 704 is a beautiful place to stay and enjoy the Alabama beaches. The view from the balcony was fabulous and the soothing sound of the ocean waves calming. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everyone slept well and enjoyed the reclining sofa. Highly recommend.

The condo was dirty, dried food on couch and tables. Mold in showers and under beds , tables, couch probably had never been cleaned. You have to pay for parking pass, been going to OB for 24 years and never had to do that.
