The view of the was absolutely beautiful, the distance from the condo to the shopping center was walking distance. Being able to walk from your car straight into you condo without an elevator was amazing. The condo was very very comfortable and plenty of room, comfortable bed I do feel like housekeeping could clean up a little more better where it was areas that needed more attention to cleaning but I definitely would recommend this condo for your next stay.

This was a wonderful unit! We usually stay at the Hilton grand vacations club resorts, and this one was just as good. The outdoor seating area is a wonderful place to hang out and listen to the ocean. The unit was large enough for the babies to take naps in the front bedrooms. I read that it was not clean however, it was very clean when we got there.
Great location and easy to get to the beach. They want $40 a day for two chairs and an umbrella so bring your own.
Right across from the grocery stores and restaurants so you don’t even need a car. If you go to the grocery store and get fresh shrimp, they will steam it for you while you shop... That way the unit won’t smell fishy.
We really liked the idea of the covered zero entry, swimming pool. After a long day at the beach, it was good to get out of the sun! The little ones never got burnt. There is a good beachfront restaurant within walking distance. The only thing wrong was there was a broken drawer in the refrigerator when we got there. I called to let them know, but nobody got back to me.

The furniture was good. The rug in the great room was very dirty with ground in dirt and sand. There were two vacuums neither of which worked very well. The mop was disgusting. The floors were dirty when we arrived but the management had the main area washed again. The pots and pans were mostly scratched up Teflon. Management did provide a saucepan and frying pan that was new. The beds were fine. We had a baby crawling on the floors so it was disappointing about the floors and rug. The beach was great, the indoor and outdoor pool was great. The building was great! The property could have been great with some kitchen upgrades and a new rug and a decent vacuum.

Our stay was amazing. The balcony was our favorite part. It was huge with comfy furniture. There were great amenities with the lazy river and huge indoor hot tubs and perfect beach but the condo itself was top notch. We’ve stayed in a LOT of beach rentals but this was our favorite by far.

We had a wonderful time! Condo is exactly what is seen in pictures, very spacious for 5 adults and 3 kids. Definitely will be back!

Loved the location of this rental with easy access to the beach, pool and conveniences across the street. Definitely will stay here again! My only concern is with the rug in living area as it was a little dirty and was curling up where grandkids would trip on. Otherwise, a great place to stay and enjoy!

Condo is very spacious, larger than I expected. The amenities were great, family friendly environment.

Everything was great. Had a wonderful time. The property was just as described. Only one complaint. My daughter left something of value. We tried all day to get in touch with you and the host to see about getting it back. No one ever got back to us. Everything else was great.

Nice condo, but like previous review, the living room carpet is stained and needs to be replaced. We rolled it up so we didn’t have to see it. The ice maker in the bar seemed to make a lot of noise. The balcony furniture was wonderful and we spent a lot of time there. Beds are also comfortable.

All was great except except bar area ice maker didn’t seem to work properly but was also moldy in the back. There was a broken shelf cover in fridge but was no problem to us but was like that upon arrival! Lastly the rug in the living area is badly stained up! Everything else was just fine!

The floors were very dirty in our particular condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. 703 is the perfect getaway. It was spacious, had a large balcony with very comfortable furniture. The beach was clean and relaxing. Very highly recommend.

The condo is beautiful. Very nicely furnished and the kitchen is very well stocked. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. On arrival we walked through the condo and the first thing we noticed was a lot of "something brown" on the coverlet that was on one of the beds. Yikes! Of course you know what we thought it was! Our 5 year old granddaughter took it upon herself to figure out what it was. She proudly walked into the living room and announced, "it's not poop, it smells like it came off of a cupcake!" LOL Well it was chocolate, but my question was how did someone make the bed and not notice that?!?! The bathrooms all had mold growing in the caulk lines, the floors needed to be cleaned, the oven had been sprayed with oven cleaner but not wiped out. I found a new shower curtain liner in the laundry area and replaced the one that was covered with mold before our other family members arrived bc I was embarrassed! When someone from the cleaning company came to replace the coverlet, I mentioned to him the fact that it wasn't very clean, he told me that it only got a deep cleaning every 6 months. SMH. Would we stay here again? Yes. Did the cleanliness hamper our stay? Yes. Did it ruin our vacation? No. The other thing that bothered us was the quality of the bed sheets. They were very thin and flimsy. I will be taking my own sheets next time! It's a shame to have such a nice condo and it not be cleaner. There is a walmart neighborhood market across the street and several other stores that make it very convenient. The parking was great in that we didn't have to use an elevator to load or unload the car.

Our condo was so big and plenty of room for the 10 of us. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. My favorite was the big balcony and the very comfortable furniture, That’s where most of us sit. All the beds were also very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again next year.

The condo was beautiful and our family totally enjoyed our stay. Everything was the way it was described and in the pictures. My grandchildren loved the lazy river and slide and definitely being so close to the beach. We are already planning on returning next year. Another added plus was the parking spaces being on the same floor as well as restaurants and grocery stores across the street. Loved it...

This condo is one of our favorites at Phoenix Orange Beach! It has by far the best patio/balcony furniture for comfort to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
The master bed was also very comfortable during our 2 week stay. A crock pot would be a great addition to this well equipped condo.

This unit is truly in the perfect location and was very quiet and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable as was the outdoor furniture. We will definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. LArge rooms and plent of room to move around. Beds were comfortable. The deck furniture is great.

This condo was just like its picture. Very cean & had everything we needed. The balcony was very privite and well furnished. We have stayed at 3 other Phoenix's and the one tops the others. We have found our home away from home.

We have stayed at 4 other Phoenix properties in Orange Beach and this was by far our favorite. The condo is gorgeous and has everything you could want. The balcony has very comfortable furnishings and an amazing view. Parking was conveniently located just outside the condo. We never waited long for an elevator either, which has been an issue in other larger properties. This building seems well set up for the number of units. Chairs around the pool were lacking, but we spent our time at the beach. The beach is large and beautiful with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the day. This property is also very conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, Walgreens and the grocery stores. We would definitely come back to this property and unit again.

I wanted a place with lots of natural light and this place did not disappoint. Condo is exactly as represented in the pictures.

The condo was exactly what I was looking for...on the beach with a spectacular view, great kitchen, comfortable bedroom with balcony access, ample comfortable seating on the balcony. Check in was very easy but I got there after 5:00 and desk in the lobby was already closed so I couldn't get my parking pass until the next morning. My only complaint with the property was the cleanliness. Paying a $200 cleaning fee I expected things to be cleaner than they were. The counter at the wet bar didn't appear to have been wiped down for at least a couple weeks and the coffee maker had build up in it that showed it clearly hadn't been cleaned in several weeks. The tile floors felt gritty which I know is hard to keep clean in a beach setting but still I thought would have been better upon arrival. According to availability of the condo it looked like someone checked out the day I arrived so I would have expected everything to be fresh. It took me several days to locate a broom and a mop and it wasn't until the day I was leaving I found a dustpan. I did not go on vacation to clean. The tv in the living room was stuck on Spanish Youtube and I had to call to get instructions on how to get out of it so I could watch the Super Bowl. With 3 bathrooms I found several bottles of shampoo but only one bar of soap. And again, it took me several days to find that since it was in a bathroom that wasn't being used. I would probably rent again hoping the cleanliness was a one time fluke. The sound of the waves was very relaxing and exactly what I needed.

We had a wonderful stay in 703. The decor was beautiful, the location and view were great. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

We had a wonderful time with our family of 10. There was plenty of room for everyone! The unit was nicely decorated and very clean. The only downside had nothing to do with our unit. We needed more parking passes than was allowed. Fortunately, we have a friend that owns a home nearby and allowed us to park our extra vehicles at their house. We loved being able to park on the seventh floor and not having to use an elevator!!’

We had a family vacation with 3 generations consisting of 6 adults, and 7 grand children ranging from newborn to 8 years old. We rented this unit along with unit 706. So between the two we had 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. MORE THAN ENOUGH space! Great location, beautiful views and very clean (coming from a major germaphobe)! Will definitely return.

Description and pictures did NOT give #703 due justice. This was our 4th FAMILY vacation which included our adult daughters, their spouses and 3 grandchildren. There was so much room for EVERYONE, the balcony was used dailey, from morning coffee, watching dolphins to late evenings watching storms pass in the Gulf. The lazy river and water slide was perfect for the grandkids and adults. This was our best vacation to date, we are already want to book this same place, same week, next year, maybe even add a few more days to our rental. Everything about this location was spot on, we had no issues, management was very helpful checking in our family, which all arrived at different times, security/personnel at the location was VERY attentive to all our needs at the pool and on site. Location was perfect to walk or drive to get anything needed during our stay. Will definitely be returning and recommending to EVERYONE.

We had a great time at this lovely, spacious condo. The deck is large and inviting with comfortable furniture. There were six of us but we never felt crowded.

My daughters and I loved the condo and everything about it except for...the TV and couldn't find the broom or mop until day 6 (it was hidden with the hot water heater. The TV in all rooms drove us all crazy and was useless unless you only watch Netflix. We could never figure out how to watch any other channels and it was very very frustrating! If all the condos are like this we probably won't rent from this resort again.
