Phoenix Orange Beach 405

Had a very enjoyable time.

It was a 3day getaway with our family from Florida and Louisiana. Mom is elderly and on oxygen with limited mobility. We had family scattered in other rooms so my wife, mom and I stayed in this condo. The condo itself was clean and in good condition. Since we didn’t go out much the kitchen was not stocked well. On the pics we saw a coffee pot and a kueric but it didn’t have it so we purchased one at Walmart. The main building not set up for handicap accessibility. If we did leave we had to go get the car and come to the garage door closest to the room. But all in all a good time my brother and myself both went up and down over 3 times to get a parking pass. No one at the desk

We had the best time at this condo. This is our 2nd or 3rd year staying in this particular condo. We love it! It is great to be able to park and walk right in - no elevator. The condo is beautiful and has everything we needed. I would say they need to get new mattresses for the beds but other than that it is perfect for us!! We will be back next year!!

Several small things collectively made vacation a little less fun especially for the price being paid. Only enough towels for one shower so had to wash daily and the dryer had to run through three hour long cycles every day to get them dry not to mention time required to wash personal towels and clothes. Light over stove and in freezer didn’t work. Kitchen utinsels and pots and pans all worn out. Minimal kitchen items for cooking. Nothing to scrub old pans except a dish cloth. But condo was situated well to parking garage and other amenities and was clean so enjoyed the vacation. Condo just needs a little maintenance and upgrading.

Loved waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean. The place was very spacious for the 10 of us. The only issue we had was the dryer not drying properly.

Cleanliness is not the utmost importance. Hairs in showers, stains on bed sheets, covers, pillows, towels, dining room chairs and even the bed skirts. We had gnats the first few days because of food left in the sink. Beds were horrible. Everybody wanted to sleep on the couch because of how poorly the beds slept. You can feel the bed springs in them and pillows are paper thin. Overall a good location. Grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants right across the street.

We had the best family vacation again this year! We stayed at this condo last year and loved it so much we wanted to stay in the same place. Beautiful and very convenient to everything. The kids love the pools and slide and lazy river! We will definitely be back next year!!

Our vacation was great. The weather was fantastic and the amenities were great. We were there with our grand children so we cooked in quite a bit. The pots & pans were old & worn out. The dishes could use an upgrade also. With that said, the condo, the property as a whole, parking was great. I thought it was totally cheesy that everyone had to wear wristbands for the entire week. I understand the security part but try keeping a wristband on a 7, 4, and 2 year old. That needs to change.

This condo is in a beautiful location and the amenities are great. The staff is completely courteous and helpful. We had a small issue when we arrived that was very well taken care of to our satisfaction by Charlie, the property manager, in a timely manner. Thank you for a lovely time in Orange Beach. The reason that I did not rate all 5s is that the upholstered furniture was dirty when we were there. (It could easily be cleaned.)

We had a great time this past week! The condo was a perfect fit for us! We will definitely come back!

We love the room, everything from the cleanliness to separate bathrooms, to the great view. If you have small kids this place is a must, indoor pool, lazy River, and the water slide if you get tired of the ocean is great! Close to anything you want or need, in 5 days we didn’t travel more than a mile out to for anything we wanted to do. Food , shopping , dolphin cruise, it was all close.

We absolutely loved our stay at Phoenix Orange Beach! It will definitely be on our list of places to return to. The ease of location, the facilities and view was great! Our rental contact, Charlie, could not have been more helpful. The condo was well equipped with kitchen utensils, a full size washer and dryer in the unit was amazing. It is a wonderful place to stay.

Amazing condo in Orange Beach! View was perfect, parking garage was easy access, and very spacious rooms/kitchen/family room.

Great condo for multiple family gathering. We rented this and the neighboring condo. Everyone made use of all the facilities available, tennis courts, workout room, lazy river, and indoor pool and the great beach. My only negative was the problem with the black feet from dirty floors. I am a Florida resident and I must steam my floors every other week to remove the black mold associated with all the humidity from the gulf.

Although the photos look wonderful, the furniture upholstery and area rug are dirty. It’s a beautiful view from the balcony. The kitchen did not have appropriate pans for making cookies or roasting pans for warming bread or shrimp. Some of the older Phoenix properties are better equipped.

Our family of 10 had a great experience with Phoenix rentals. The condo was clean and spacious. The owner checked on us during our stay via email to make sure we had no concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous rental and vacation experience. Had one issue with the tub not working and they came right out and fixed it. Beautiful place and the pools were really nice. Would have been nice to have the hot tub open but still beautiful overall.

I rented 2 units over Christmas and New Years. We spent $4500 for the 2. We had a great time during our stay. Then came check-out time. The cleaning lady knocked on our door at 9:45 asking us when we were going to be out of the unit. I told her it will be 10:00-10:15. We were out of the unit at 10:10. In that time I got a text from her boss saying I was rude and I didn’t tell her when I was leaving and she said I slammed the door on her. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated at check-out and I told them that they’ve lost my business and I’m a repeat customer that comes down every Christmas. Shame on you guys at check-out. Completely unprofessional !!!

Loved it! Charlie was great to work with. Condo had great views and amenities. Only drawback was hot tubs were closed because of COVID, but that is certainly understandable. We'll be back!

If you like convivence, this is the perfect property as the parking garage was literally steps away from the condo which makes is so easy for us to load/unload. Also if you like to watch over your kids without having to leave the condo, the balcony of this condo has a direct view of the ramp that leads to the beach. The lazy river was directly underneath the balcony which was another plus for us because we were able to watch them from the balcony! There were only a few negative things to this property: we had a slow leak in the kitchen sink the 2nd night we were there (but it was taken care of the next day). There were piles of sand left underneath the beds in a couple of the bedrooms. the wifi is pretty slow. Besides that, we would stay at this condo again!

This condo is perfect for large families. I loved the fact that both guest rooms had 2 full sized beds accommodating more people. The condo is very spacious throughout. The beds are comfortable offering a good nights rest after a long day at the beach. We never had an Issue finding a parking space as you park on the same floor as the unit. So, you don’t have to use the elevator when your hands are full of suitcases or groceries. It’s also conveniently located with grocery stores, liquor store and restaurants all within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

We're lucky choosing this beautiful unit, the location is super, you can see the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony which is really great! I think the only thing that could be better is the mattresses, not much comfortable. All other things were just perfect!
