We loved it!! The condo was amazing! We will rent again.

Super clean. Well maintained unit. Has pretty much everything you need. Lazy river, slide and pools were all great.

I can’t say enough about how beautiful the view was! The living room, dining room and kitchen area are surrounded by big windows overlooking the beach. Even the bedrooms had amazing views! The unit itself is wonderful! The balcony was a great place to drink your morning coffee or enjoy a good book while enjoying the sound of the ocean waves. We loved the lazy river! The location was great. We were close to restaurants, arcades, shopping and a grocery store; it was easy to zip over to Mobile or Pensacola to enjoy museums. The down side.... The mattresses were horrible! Our bed frame in the master bedroom was broken, every bed had sand in it and one bed had sheets with nasty stains. The sheets are as cheap as you could get. The floor was covered in sand. Sand on the floor was bad enough but if you walked across the floor in your bare feet your feet were black within minutes. I question weather the floors had been mopped in months. The kitchen cutlery and plates were a mishmash of odds and ends and very poor quality. I could have found nicer sets at my local thrift store. The TV remote in the living room controlled the tv but the remote to switch to streaming was missing. There was a second remote but it was not the correct remote. If the owner would invest a little money towards better quality mattresses, sheets, kitchen supplies and cleaned the floor and sheets better I’d give the place top ratings.

Area was superb. Handledc13 people completely. Beautiful views with all the luxuries of home.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The lazy river is wonderful, along with the pools and hot tubs. The unit is a great size for larger families. I do recommend that a deep cleaning is done on the condo. There is a lot of dust on ceiling fans and the floors are filthy. I moved the couch and swept under it and you can tell it had not been done in a while. Furniture needs swept down as well. Master shower has a lot of mold. With a good day or two of some hard cleaning, this by far would be the best condo we have ever rented and we've rented a lot.

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. We had a great time with family and friends. I had a couple of issues with the floors in the common area being unclean. It was obvious they had not been mopped, which I did with the small mop left in the condo, on Sunday after most of our group went to the beach. I swept first and found a used paper plate, straw, tube of topical medication, a small toy and foodstuffs under the coffee table. Also, the first night there we had to vacuum the sofa because of so much sand on it. Other than those issues the condo was great. One complaint I heard a lot was the fact there were only 4 elevators available for the building and on the night before and morning we left, one was broken and not in use. But overall we had a great time! The ease of check-in and checkout was wonderful.

This is a beautiful condo. Very spacious & beautiful views.
Butt ...... the floors were unbelievably dirty. Ruined everyone’s socks. Had to wear shoes all the time. There were sand piles in all of the furniture creases. If the floors & furniture were clean it would be a perfect place for a family to stay.

We have stayed here with my fiancés family (in other units) and I was very excited to show my family how amazing Phoenix Properties are!!!! The location and views are amazing. The only thing we were severely disappointed with was the cleanliness of the property. We have never had this issue with any other unit we have stays in, but this unit was, with lack of better words gross. After the 1st night I had to wash the bedding cause it did not smell clean, everyone’s feet were BLACK when you walked barefoot or socks were stained black. On the last day when doing our walk through we found previous renters stuff under the beds (like used water bottles). The couches felt gross. This was a huge disappointment. I felt bad for my family as this was their first time staying here. I reassured them it has never been this bad.

It was absolutely perfect! It was big enough for our whole family with plenty of room to spare! The beds were so comfy! The whole place is decorated so cute! And the balcony was so big with the best views! A little windy from the 15th floor though lol! There was so much to do on the property for the adults and the kids! We would definitely stay again!

The condo was clean, huge and had a beautiful view! Everyone had their own comfortable space to relax. We felt at home and wasn't in a rush to go anywhere. We can't wait to come back!

We had 4 small families stay in the 4 bedroom condo and it was perfect!! The condo was clean and spacious and the pool and water slide and lazy river was amazing!! We never wanted to leave! Hope to stay again next year!

We had an amazing vacation staying in this condo. It is a corner unit so the deck is bigger than most of the other units. The condo was very spacious with amazing views. The kitchen had more than enough utensils to cook if that’s what you prefer. It’s in a great location close to many restaurants, grocery stores and the beach of course! The pools were amazing, we have 2 little boys so having the option of the baby pool, middle pool and lazy river was great! With many large condo’s you can expect a wait for elevators which did happen. We typically didn’t wait long though. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time. Pros: great location, pretty condo. Great view. Great lazy river. Cons: one bed had sand in the sheets. The master shower needed some bleach. Not enough silverware for everyone.

When we first arrived on Saturday, we had a lot of issues with the elevator. The previous week's guests were checking out and the new week's' guest were checking in so the elevators were very slow. We waited around 40 minutes for an elevator. This went on Saturday and Sunday but, by Monday elevators were much better. When we got to the condo, we were excited. Although the place was worn, the rooms were fairly roomy and the place appeared clean. However, it didn't take long to realize that the floors were filthy. They were swept but, it was obvious they had not been cleaned/mopped in some time. We wore socks when inside and our socks were black from walking around. It was pretty bad. Also, the showers in the master king and the 2nd king had mold. The place was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils but one of the frying pans was loose and broke on us as we were cooking. The toilet seat in the hall bathroom was broken off. We did enjoy our stay but, we were very disappointed by the cleanliness of the place considering the price we paid for the week and the hefty cleaning fee.

Beautiful, spacious home away from home. Spectacular views, perfect location and amenities for fun-filled vacation. We made special memories and we will be back!

This unit was by far the nicest unit we have rented in the 25yrs. of traveling the Emerald Coast. Beautiful views and fantastic amenities for old and young alike.

There was plenty of room for the family of 6 to have their own spaces and then get together for food and enjoyment. However, there were not extra linens for beds if you needed to change sheets during the night due to illness and not many towels either. This may be due to COVID-19. I have traveled numerous times and this is the first time I have had to do laundry excessively.

The kitchen stove had not been cleaned before our arrival. There was not only burned on grease on the oven surface, but there was a puddle of rancid grease on the bottom of the oven as well. I notified them and they did send someone to wipe the puddle out with dawn dishwashing liquid. The cleaning lady said she would make a note to clean the rest of the oven after we left ☹️

The property description is accurate. Loved the location and the condo. Plenty of room for the 10 of us (6 adults & 4 children). The condo is very well maintained and we did not experience any issues. Kids and adults really enjoyed the swimming pool slide, loads of fun for everyone, even a 61 year old as myself. Only 1 issue. Not enough elevators to accommodate quests on check out day. Experienced a hour long wait. I still rate the property a 5.

Amazing....all was great!

We loved the condo. The condo was beautiful and it fit our family perfectly. It was close to so many restaurants and recreation. It had all the conveniences you could ask for. We had a great time. The only thing I would recommend would be for the cleaning service to mop the ceramic tile throughout the condo otherwise the rest was very clean.

Recently stayed at Phoenix West. This was our 3rd consecutive year visiting the property. Checkin was a breeze and anytime we needed assistance from our booking agent or the front desk this was a pleasant experience. Each time they were accommodative and pleasant.

The room was clean upon arrival and the bed, furniture, and amenities very nice. We did have some problems with the air conditioning not working well a couple times and the satalite had some issues. We would let the kids watch the Disney channel at night and it didn't work well in some of the rooms. Additionally we wanted to watch a football game one afternoon and the satellite didn't work well for it either. All in all though we were satisfied with the room.

Our only disappointment would be with the cleanliness of the pools. One afternoon there was a lot of wind and debris blowing around. The pools took on a lot of bugs, debris and leaves that afternoon. That's not a problem, but the next morning all the debris and bugs were still in the pool and lazy river. I'm not talking about a few but lots of bugs (dragonflies, beetles, roaches) all floating in the water the next morning. No one cleans the pool early in the morning and this was a bit disappointing. I even looked for nets to clean it myself for the guest but couldn't find any available near the pool.

Other than that the property was well maintained and we had a pleasant experience. We more than likely will return next year. We have noticed the property does seem a bit less cared for each year but still is nice. We may try Phoenix West II next year though.

I would recommend this property to others and though it's falling off a bit we still think it's a great place to stay. The beach is wonderful and the location is spectacular.

Views from the living room, bedrooms and of course the balcony are amazing. New furniture was nice. Lazy river is da bomb.

This was the perfect vacation, incredible condo, only problem was we couldn't stay longer. We even contacted the manager and inquired to see if we could extend our stay but sadly another group was coming in. Hope to make this our every year beach condo!

The experience was great. We loved the location. The only problem we had is it was not very clean. It needed a good sweeping or vacuuming. I had to leave dishes in the dishwasher because it would not dissolve the soap on the last wash for some reason but it worked fine the whole time.

Overall, the stay was a great experience.
There were a few issues, however.
1-popcorn ceiling in hall was visibly bubbling & cracked.
2-shower rod in 2 bathrooms were rusty.
3-poor quality bed linens...blanket in bedroom 3 was pillowcases for extra pillows...really needed additional towels (only 1 washcloth, 2 hand towels)
4-some dinnerware was noticeably chipped & cracked....flatware was a mismatch, with some appearing to be plastic.
5-electric outlet on bar, hanging loose & unattached.
6-leg on the dining room table has very large hole in the base.
7-balcony furniture was great, but it needed cushions.
8-top of dryer in laundry room was rusted, the lint filter had not been cleaned in quite some time.

We were pleased with the unit and with the customer service when we called to see if it would be possible to get into the unit early because of my daughter with Down syndrome was in desperate need for a good nap after our long drive.
My only complaint would be that there was a strong fishy smell in the master closet. I did reach out to our contact person and didn't hear back. I ended up going to the store and buying cleaner and washing floors and walls as best I could. It helped some. Never got a follow up from your agent regarding the issue.
