Clean, great views

Beautiful Condo. We had a great vacation. Loved the Bar area with Ice maker. We had an issue with the Arm bands. We were given wrong information.

Condo was great. Clean and had all the necessities we needed. Overlooked the beach with direct access. Manager contact was awesome to work with. I would highly recommend staying here. You do have to drive to most restaurants.

It’s was nice but not exactly what we thought.

Everything was great except master bedroom mattress and pillow quality. Those need upgrading. Also, the kitchen is insufficient in cooking, storing and preparing (cooking spoons, spatulas, etc.) utensils. We all felt that the large sectional should be repositioned as to open up the window views to the gulf. The property was awesome, parking sufficient in October, and the condo was spacious enough

Wonderful family vacation with ten of us in this beautiful condo right on Gulf Shores beach. Great location. Condo was well furnished and clean. 16th floor views were great. Covered parking was nice. Warm indoor pool was great for grandkids on a rainy day.

The location and unit floorplan were perfect for our growing family We had plenty of room, it's conveniently located, and we had spectacular views.

We love the Phoenix Gulf Shores! This room however lacked in cleanliness. The floors turned the kids feet black in a matter of minutes and there was pancake syrup all down the cabinets. The view was amazing and there was plenty of space!

Shared the condo with my adult children and my grandkids for the first time. Didn’t have to worry about the condo at all. Everything was perfect!

Sand everywhere,trash beside beds,and socks left by the couch. Shouldn't have to clean as soon as you arrive. Kitchen lacked cookware.

Everything was great about this unit for our family of all ages. Especially appreciated the 2 queen beds in all of the rooms except the Master. Furniture was updated and in great shape. Ice machine YAY! Beautiful view. Do it!

Lots of room, amazing view, great pools and access to the beach.

Overall good. Kitchen needs some more pots, pans, and serving bowls. Couldn’t understand why some beds had bix springs and others didn’t. The ones with the box springs were very comfortable the other ones were not.

Two families stayed for a week to celebrate graduation. We had a great week and over all enjoyed the condo. The view is spectacular as you can see both the beach and the bay. The beverage bar and ice machine is a very nice touch. The kitchen is well stocked but more towels for the baths would have been nice. The beds are very firm. The management team was very responsive and professional. Condo is at great location in Gulf Shores. Bahama Bobs was convenient for dinner as it is a short walk away.

The condo was beautiful, but the views were spectacular! My children had a great time playing in the pool area and on the beach. I wish we could have stayed longer than just the weekend!!

Great weekend.....Charlotte was very pleasant to work with. The property is very nice, the staff was very polite, the security was friendly and kept everything in order. We used the BBQ pits, had some great BBQ a few nights. The condo was clean, not spotless, only minor issues that were easy to overcome. We had 7 adults and 5 grand kids and we didn't feel cramped,there was plenty of seating and the kitchen, living room and deck are a nice size. Need to take an inventory of kitchen glasses, pots & pans. 2 frying pans need to go in the trash and a few glasses were cracked; could get some better/new kitchen items. Pillows are flat and need to be replaced, 2 pillows in the master closet had stains on them. With a 4 bedroom condo & 3 full bathrooms get toilet paper quickly because the 1.5 rolls per bathroom will go quickly. Washer & Dryer were clean...and worked great. The kids loved the pool and slide and very easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend this property...I would go back.

The condo was in a great location. We were able to walk to several shops and restaurants. View was spectacular from the kitchen/dining/living room area. We loved sitting on the balcony watching for dolphins, sting rays, crabs and even saw a shark! The master bedroom faces the beach. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms face the condos next door but you can see the bay. The 4th bedroom has a window that has no view. The pools were nice. The inside pool was cold. The outside pool has a water slide. The boardwalk to the beach ended close to the water and did not have any steps to climb with all of your beach gear which was great. There is a place to store your beach chairs every day in the garage. Too bad they can’t be left on the beach. We could not have been more pleased with the beach part of our stay however we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo and the lack of amenities in the kitchen. We had a baby with us that had black knees and tops of her feet within 10 minutes of our arrival from the dirty floors. We purchased cleaning supplies to mop and had to vacuum up a crushed Alka-Seltzer that was at the edge of one of the beds. We also washed a couple sets of sheets that didn’t look like they had been changed. One of our family members had a birthday while we were there. We were disappointed that there was no mixer or pan to bake the cake in. One of the pots had burned food in it and had been placed back in the cabinet dirty. One of the cups we got out for coffee still had coffee on it from the previous user. If you plan to keep leftovers after cooking take containers to store it in. We have stayed in many condos that have extras that guests leave for the next people like extra foil, plastic wrap, storage bags, salt, pepper, garbage bags and such but that was not the case here. If you want any of these you have to purchase it yourself. There is start up toilet paper and a tiny soap like in a hotel in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels.

Everything was great. Only issue, not enough bathrooms for the amount of beds and sleeping ability. But other than that great place.
