Great Week with Family

We knew the area and needed a larger facility as an additional family member joined us this year.
We were aware there would be construction on a water feature. Which I interpreted to be not available to use. Never was it mentioned there was serious construction right below the unit we were renting!
All week loud and I mean loud drilling started at or before 7:00AM.
It last throughout the day. The weather wasn’t the best which meant we couldn’t spend time in the unit on a rainy day because the noise was deafening!
I think this “construction” should have been disclosed in detail verses the water feature is under construction. Also when the construction is completed be aware it may be noisy with children playing right below your balcony.

This condo was fairly well equipped in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and maintenance service was fairly quick. It was as described and all appliances worked well. I do wish listings would include the type of coffee maker, whether it is a pot or a Keurig style coffee maker would be helpful.

Great stay at this unit. Had everything we needed. Good location good parking and very comfortable condo. Would definitely rent it again.

We had such a great trip and a great stay at the condo we love the fact that it was on the second floor amazing views great parking everything went really well.

The condo is Beautiful but the couches need replaced desperately!

The condo was great!! Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Being on the 2nd floor was so convenient. Having 4 bathrooms was also nice. The only complaint I have are the beds. The mattresses in the master bedroom and the 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom need to be replaced. I ended up sleeping on the couch several nights. If the mattresses are changed I would definitely stay in this condo again

Perfection. Condo was nice!!! Second floor is perfect for departure to trails on our bicycles.

great stay at the Phoenix II in Orange Beach. Condo 210 was perfect for family vacation. Didn't have to use elevator, which was always busy. I would recommend the Phoenix II for great vacation.

Loved the condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen supplies, soaps, hair dryers, etc. View was beautiful and didn't get on an elevator all week! This is a large complex and it was quite busy by the pool, lazy river and beachside. We really prefer a smaller complex, but all was good! Will probably go back to Gulf Shores Phoenix next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculate, comfortable, well-furnished and beautiful. We were also very conveniently located to fabulous dining venues. We also felt very secure. Highly recommend this condo!

Rental experience was great! We have stayed at this property before and new the elevators were a mess reason we chose a 2nd floor unit. 210 is beautiful and looks just like pictures. No major complaints but some things should be looked at - chair on patio is broken, master tub handle didn't work kept falling off, master sheets were very scratchy (I put a blanket on them and slept on that), lastly all shower heads do not options for a heavy stream which made it extremely hard to wash hair with just a light stream of water. One other recommendation is to provide a broom/dustpan to sweep sand from floors(couldn't find anything in condo to get sand off floor). I would absolutely stay here again - loved the location, decor and view.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Gulf Shores over 35 years ago, and we've been returning to this area for special family times ever sense. We stayed at Phoenix West II a number of years ago when it was time to have plenty of room for grandchildren, and we would not stay anywhere else. Of all the units that we've booked in the past, we liked this one the best. We've already decided to stay here again on our next adventure to LA if it's available. God bless you!

First off, the rental manager Julia, was super to work with. A couple things needed maintenance and she was right on it. The view is breathtaking. Unlike other units I've been in, this one had VERY comfortable beds. The kitchen dishes/ pots and pans were of high quality and well stocked. (Could've used a poly cutting board and santoku knife for veg cutting.) My only discomfort was the couch. They are very deep and not firm. You need to stack pillows under and behind to get a good seat. Then, ugh, who wants to have deco pillows that someone sat on:( If I had too, bet others did also. Better fit would be one couch, loveseat and rocker/recliner. Oh well, most of the time I was on the deck. Now those chairs are supremely comfy along with the lounger. Washer/dryer did a good job with laundry, showers were fabulous. Pool and grounds facility was top notch, service desk very efficient. Overall a 5 star rating as each "unperfect" item is easily corrected. Love the pictures and homey feel of the unit.

This time of year elevators are hard to come by. Otherwise, a great vacation.

The windows in this place are incredible. Loved the views. Had a great time with the kids going down the waterslide and playing in the splash pad and pool. Picked up some great seashells on the beach and saw a stingray. Thanks for a great vacation.

We love being on the second floor, view was beautiful! The tall ceilings and windows were perfect. Great size for a family but it was just three of us but a large family would have plenty of space. We called it our “castle “ due to the tall ceilings and windows. We always enjoy the lazy river. Property management was so helpful and nice.

We enjoyed a week's stay in this Condo on the 2nd floor and enjoyed it very much! The cookware was not non-stick which made it very difficult to cook and clean with and the bedroom pillows were flat (we bring our own).

The best part of our stay was being on the 2nd floor in a beautiful condo with amazing windows. We never needed the elevator. The kids loved the lazy river and indoor pool. Julia at Phoenix Rentals was very welcoming and helpful. A couple of places we recommend are Big Mike's for dinner and Sweet Cone Alabama for ice cream and treats.

Near perfect experience for the family. The condo is one of the best in the building with 20 ft ceilings and amazing patio views being on 2nd floor you can take the stairs to the beach. Easily a 10 plus experience

The condo was exactly as it was pictured. It had beautiful furnishings. This was our first stay at a Phoenix property and we were very impressed with the way the staff kept everything so clean. We loved the lazy river almost as much as we did the beach! We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

We have stayed at many high end condos and resorts over the years and this condo surpassed them all! Our whole family said WOW over and over about the first 30 minutes of arriving! The WINDOWS.. can’t even begin to describe the WOW factor with the ceiling to floor windows! Amazing views! The master bedroom has a regular door going to the rest of condo but also has sliding doors on side of room that lock but when opened have the same amazing views from the bedroom. We have 3 sons and everyone had their own bed, bathroom, and tons of space. The decor and furniture were great! The couches were SO comfortable! We absolutely loved the location of this room. It is on the same floor as the front desk and close to the parking garage. It is a quick walk to beach and pools from the room. We never had to use the elevators the whole week we were there. We usually stay very busy going on day trips and excursions on vacations but loved this condo so much we were on property the majority of the time. We felt completely at home and relaxed and we plan to return.. hopefully to the same unit next summer. Highly recommend!

2nd floor location was perfect as we did not have to wait for elevators. Ice machine was not operating when we arrived but after reporting it someone came and repaired it quickly. Other than the fact that we had no cell phone reception during our stay, we had a very enjoyable week and would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful place. would love to stay here again in the future. We really enjoyed the 2nd floor location and the two king beds. The master had a big soaker tub and a dual shower head shower! There were a lot of flies present though the first few days in the unit but not sure why, as there was no obvious smell or garbage left out. We bought a fly swatter and killed them all and never had a problem the rest of the week. Everything was clean and the kitchen was nice.
