Phoenix Gulf Shores 1904

The only thing we needed was more time in that magnificent condo and on that incredible beach. Both were as described. We created some beautiful memories in this place and we do believe (and pray) we will be able to come back soon.

very nice rental. Beautiful view and spacious. Only negative is minimal cooking amenities (pots, pans and utensils)

Condo was clean and comfortable. Moving in/out experience was made easy with carts provided by building. Pools and common areas were clean and well-appointed. Beach access very convenient. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Very nice place to stay. The only unexpected element to our stay was that every single item is removed from the condo during the cleaning process - so - be prepared to bring EVERYTHING: salt, pepper, foil, etc.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The rental was clean. We had plenty of dishes for cooking. The trash disposal was located directly across the room. The view was stunning! The rental had card games, sand buckets, plenty of cleaning products and everything we needed. The location is in the middle of many restaurants, stores, etc. My party had no complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 6 people and it was very comfortable for all of us. View was amazing.

Had a wonderful week spending time with the family. Enjoyed the beach and the pool. Fitness center was used also. The condo was perfect for our growing family. Would most definitely book again or suggest to our friends.

Missing the majority of the stuff you need to cook in the kitchen. The condo was not clean upon arrival.

We had a condo all set up and at the last minute it was canceled on us. We rush and found this place. We had a little PTSD so right after confirming I called the rental company to confirm. Not only was the person professional he also helped calm my nerves and texted with me a lot over the next 24hrs to make sure I knew exactly what was happening. I highly recommend this condo and the rental company Brett/Robinson. You can't go wrong.

Outstanding location, beach access and pools and the view was gorgeous. The living room carpet and other textiles were overdue for cleaning. I don’t think at this rental rate we should have had to buy toilet paper to get through our stay - not really how I want to spend vacation time at the beach. We did in fact forget TP at the store and get stranded one day. That being said the strengths of the property were very strong.

The condo was perfect for our family of 3 - 10 people. Clean and plenty of room. Location is perfect and the view spectacular. The only thing I would say is the couches need better cushions - very flimsy. But, overall I would recommend.

The facilities and condo room were perfect for our family of 8-toddler through adult. Condo was within walking distance to restaurants. Enjoyed the beautiful beach views and the heated pool was wonderful-grandchildren loved it, especially since couple days were cooler. Beds comfortable and decor was nice. The only things that could be improved were the area rugs need replaced-very dirty, and the sofa and loveseat need cleaned. I think if tile was deep cleaned and rugs replaced, sofa would not get as dirty. There was a missing blind and blind missing a cord in the living room. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely return.

We had the best time for our multi-generational family get together in this beautiful condo! The unit was very clean, extremely spacious and kid friendly. The multiple pools and easy beach access gave us so many options... we loved that the building sits very close to the water, and that there was not a long boardwalk to get to the beach. Access to an on-site fitness center was perfect for two of us who wanted to keep up exercise routines. Finally, check in and check out was also the easiest experience we’ve ever had on vacation.

Our only recommendation would be what others have mentioned: the couches either need a deep cleaning or need replaced, because they are heavily stained. Highly recommend this condo, and would stay here again!

We had a blast. It was 4 couples in the 19th floor condo unit, great view and perfect for our stay!! The frig. could have been slightly colder--but a minor thing. Check in and check out was smooth as ever!! Would highly recommend!

We had to clean the kitchen and dining room as soon as we arrived. It appears that they were forgotten as part of the cleaning process. We also had to sweep the floor upon arrival. The rest of the condo was neat and tidy. The beds are very comfortable and the view of course is beautiful. Please please please get rid of the couches in the living room. They are very stained and none of us want to sit on them. I would have given this condo 5 stars if we didn’t have to clean when we arrived and the furniture was in better shape.

This building is in a great location with walking access to downtown GS. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Unit has a great floor plan and was mostly clean. Feedback-- there were no kitchen towels provided. We had to buy. The sofa is in major need of a steam clean. It is visibly dirty and was off putting. I see this has been mentioned by other reviewers for at least a year. While the sheets were clean, the bed skirts were also visibly dirty. AC went out-- repair person was very nice but it did take 24h to get it resolved. Both the icemaker and fridge filters were blinking that they needed to be changed out. Several of the TV remotes were blinking low battery. Overall- it gave a feel that unit wasn't well maintained.

We had the best time for our family get together in this beautiful condo! Three out of the four bedrooms had a beach view. It was stunning. Even though the weather was chilly, we enjoyed as much time as possible in the condo because it was clean, nicely decorated and the views could not be beat. We all hated to leave. This will be a stay we will always remember and cherish. Thanks for an amazing time!

We had such a great time staying in this condo for our annual girls’ trip! Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, and there were large spaces for gathering to play games and visit. 10/10...would highly recommend!

Everything was great only thing was ac didn’t stay cold filter needs to be changed and the couches need replaced they are pretty stained looking.

We had a fantastic vacation at this condo! The space and view was absolutely stunning. The condo was very clean, extremely spacious and kid friendly. The whole building was very clean, had security and everyone was super friendly. The indoor zero entry pool was THE BEST for the grandbabies since the weather was a bit chilly. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely be returning in the future.

The condo was beautiful and the location was excellent. The unit came well equipped with every hard goods item you would need. Plan to bring/buy paper towel, toilet paper, dish/laundry soap, etc... 2 complaints- the staff who manages the building are awful (literally can't tell you what unit # you're staying in), sold me two parking passes on the chance that our other party hadn't checked in yet and was unable/unwilling to refund the extra they sold us....after being told they were. The kicker was hearing the guy grumble in the back "I should have taken a longer lunch" when I asked him about this. The unit was also VERY dirty when we arrived. It was organized and looked like someone attempted to clean it but we had to vacuum upon arrival and wipe down every surface in the unit. For the cleaning fee they charge I was expecting it to be spotless. It would also help if the unit provided a broom (instead of just a vacuum) as well as a squeegee to wipe off the balcony so little kids don't slip.

We celebrated Thanksgiving with grandparents, parents and three college kids. The property was beautiful and laid out well for this size of group. There was a lot of storage in the bathrooms. The tv options were plentiful. The kitchen was large and easy to cook for a group. There were ample dishes, glasses and silverware and all of it was nice. The view is magnificent. The property was clean. The amenities at the complex are very nice. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again. The only downside was that the dishwasher was not working and the management company was closed due to the holiday, but we just washed the dishes the old fashioned way.

We stayed in this same location last year and loved it! That’s why we choose to come back in 2020 but this year we were not as please... the tub was not cleaned very well and would not drain for us. Nothing had been wiped down, so our crawling baby would be covered in black dirt. Now we know all of this is part of life but for the price we pay to stay for 4 days, we just expected a little cleaner.

We will probably give it another try but just expected more for the price.

This unit has the best view I believe I have ever had! Even standing in the kitchen cooking, I felt like I was floating over the water! However, beach is very crowded and small. Also, the outdoor pool is TINY! It is basically just the exit for the slide. There's not much area to sit by the pool or get in it, unless you go to the inside pool.

Location is fantastic, condo was spotless, but expect to bring or buy EVERYTHING you need, right down to trash bags and toilet paper. Overall this is a great place, but for the price it would be better not to have to drop $200 on basics that most other places provide.

We loved this condo. The views are unbeatable. The building is set up nicely and very convenient for families with small kids as the pool Staff are right near each other (indoor/outdoor) and there is a large shady area at the pool along with the fun slide. We will definitely stay here again.
