OUR VACATION WAS AMAZING AND THE ROOM WAS SUPER CLEAN AND NICE.THE GENTLEMAN WORKING IN THE GUARD SHACK WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH US WHEN WE COUDLNT FIND OUR RESERVATION.

This condo was extremely clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was spectacular and very clean. The view of the beach from the balcony was perfect. The kitchen and kitchen island were a great spot to sit and enjoy a meal. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. Had all the comforts of home.

Had a great vacation with my family! The ocean views are great! The condo had everything we needed to cook meals. There is an ice machine to fill your coolers each day when you walk down to the beach. And you are only a short walk down the beach from the florabama bar! The owners/property managers stayed in touch and the condo was clean and in great shape! I really cant say enough good things. We had a fantastic time!

Our rental had a great ocean view. The rental was easy to find. There were no issues with checking in and accessing the unit. The tennis court was nice with a great view on the 12th floor, although it was a little warm. The unit was nice and everything worked fine. My only issue was the master shower water pressure seemed a little weak. We would definitely have no problem renting this unit again.

The unit was clean and everything we wanted and needed. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Even at home! My host was wonderful to work with and I enjoyed staying in this unit. Definitely worth the money.

This is our second Phoenix property that we've stayed at in Orange Beach. Phoenix IX was great. Indoor and outdoor pools, indoor tennis court, and the beach is beautiful. We will definitely be back to this property.

2nd year in 1301. Very clean, found in expected condition. Had zero issues during our stay. Property is very well kept.

Second time staying at this condo building first in this condo. The condo layout was not functional. Bedrooms off main hallway with windows to the main corridor with a lot of noise. The ice maker in bar area ran and made a lot of noise which you could hear from bedrooms and we had a family member trying to sleep on couch in living room. The nest thermostat was a constant challenge of changing it. The guest elevators made awful noise and was covered in cardboard and painters tape. We arrived very late and the person at the entry was intense on us buying parking permit right then and the property manager stated we could do the morning after if the office was closed. The furniture in living area wasn’t functional the swivel chairs that rock in living room are not hood for kids. The dining table is glass and felt like it was going to tip over. Remotes not easy to use had to call cable company. Awful time trying to use our Netflix and could only use in the tv in living room. Bad cable service and wifi spotty. We used our own wifi card. The tvs in bedrooms were pretty small couldn’t really use comfortably to watch anything. Location was great and beachfront view but alot of things as a family with small kids that it just didn’t add up for us.

For the renters to use. A lot of the other ones I have used provide that. Otherwise we loved our stay for the second year in a row!

Three of us had a great 4 night stay during Thanksgiving. The property was as described and very quiet. We loved the bar area with the ice maker as well as the floor to ceiling windows in the living area. As mentioned, there is only a starter of items. Bring extra items if you plan on staying more than a few days (paper products, trash bags, dish detergent, soap, etc.). Phoenix IX was a well maintained property.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The views of the ocean are terrific. I can't say enough about how nice the furnishings were and how well stocked the kitchen was. I would definitely recommend staying in this unit.

We had a wonderful time here at Orange Beach. The condo was perfect. The view was amazing and there was plenty of room. It had everything we needed for a great trip. I would highly recommend this condo!

The rental process was easy. Unit was clean, very well stocked for our stay. Beds were comfortable. In door parking was great with easy unloading of luggage. Furnishings were very nice.

Overall it was a wonderful experience.The unit was clean, very well decorated, location was perfect, and the beds were so comfortable. Would definitely book this unit again.

We have rented through Phoenix Rentals 4-5 times and highly recommend not only this property but the rental company as well. The condo is gulf front, very clean & comfortable. It features 2 masters (king bed in each) making it a great choice for friends traveling together.

We enjoyed our stay as usual, But, we were disappointed in the condo.

Loved our stay here. Beautiful views, so easy to access the beach, good location in OB. Well appointed and had everything we needed. Loved the washer and dryer so we could pack light, and our kids slept GREAT in the cool, dark bedrooms!

The accommodations were just as described. Very clean and also updated vs others we have seen. Lots of room in the bedrooms but does need bigger bathroom towels. If they did that then there is nothing else negative.

enjoyed the stay. Beach is lovely, not for kids with boogie boards. nice for walks and hanging out on the beach, not really swimming. Was thanksgiving so it maybe different in the summer. Condo was terrific.

Light bulbs out or missing. Bdrm #2 bath fan ran on and off all day/night. Shower light out, need tools to change light bulb.

Ice maker dirty, unsafe for consumption warnings on. Shower curtain dirty. Floors very dirty. We removed our shoes at the entrance. Socks or bare feet were black within minutes. Contract/ Construction workers were not masked; rode on elevators without masks, along with guests. Dogs were present contrary to rules. One dog owner did not pick up after his dog doodie, instead just covered with sand. Sheila in Security & Julia front desk were Aces, Pat (he), not so much.

We arrived 3 weeks after Hurricane Sally. The Phoenix IX property did not show any signs of damage, compared to other condos around it. Our unit 1003 was clean and inviting. I did not like how hard our mattress was though. We did not encounter any other problems with our condo. We stayed a week and had great weather. Orange Beach did a great job getting hurricane debris picked up already. We will definitely be back.

We really loved our stay in this condo. The kitchen, bedrooms, nice size bathtub, and the ice maker were a few of our favorites. Cannot forget the views!!! The staff was super nice and accommodating and everything we wanted and needed was right on sight. We loved this place and would love to return?

Easy to book & great communication with Charlie. The place was perfect! Everything was beautiful & clean. The kitchen had everything we needed with newer pots/pans & gadgets.

Beautiful furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, wet bar with ice machine. Very clean! This condo is perfect for two couples -- both king beds! This complex is much smaller than others, making for a nice quiet vacation. One nice update would be to add a keurig coffee maker.

It was great! Condo was clean, nice and perfect on the beach. Enjoyed having the ice maker and bar area for sure! Would recommend!

We loved our unit. It was well stocked. we were there from feb 27th to march 17th. altough the weather was cool in feb and first part of march, we enjoyed as much as we could.
our unit over looked the gulf and were able to see the dalphins in the water! our balcony was fantastic! we enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening overlooking the gulf.
you can walk to florabama which is really fun to go to.

We got lucky and had exceptional weather with low humidity and very breezy!

Everything was perfect. So close to the beach, we would get up in the mornings and watch the sea life from our balcony. We could easily see the dolphins, sting rays, schools of fish and so many crabs. The room was by far the CLEANEST one I've ever been in. It was only myself, my husband and our 4 year old and it was hard to leave this beautiful room and head home at the end of our trip. This was our first time staying at a Phoenix resort and we will be back. The pool, the beach, the room, I cannot say enough good things about this. Our 11 day stay was perfection.

Phoenix Rentals was awesome! Before our trip, Charley responded very timely with answers to my questions. I liked the payment set up, where the final payment was automatically paid! The condo was clean and well-stocked! The location was perfect for us. We were excited to see much of the gulf’s ocean life, including crabs, jellyfish, dolphins, manta rays, and yes, even sharks. Perfect trip with no headaches thanks to the help and details from Charley!

Absolutely the worst rental experience in 8 years! If you smoke, one of the reasons that you spend extra money on a beach view is so you can enjoy the view while relaxing. This complex does not allow smoking or vaping on the balcony. We were told not to smoke on our balcony on a Sunday night, and we did not smoke except in the designated area for the remainder of our vacation. The owner and/or the security staff harassed us to no end. We were constantly under surveillance from that moment on...from sending maintenance to"CHANGE THE AIR FILTER" in the middle of our stay, to actually sending the police to the unit to check on a "funny smell"! The police were very apologetic, no smell at all! I will never rent from this disturbed owner or this paranoid complex again,they made our stay unbearable.1

Our only complaint, the ice maker in the bar area never worked properly. It was fixed then still did not work.

Love this property. So private compared to other resorts. Still only a quarter mile from FloraBama. Indoor pool and hot tub area is really cool. Condo was clean and comfortable!

It was a beautiful condo with a lot of amenities. I definitely would recommend this condo to anyone.

The rental was everything advertised and more! Beautiful interior and amazing location and view of the beach! We easily got in with our access code and had no problems at all! Wonderful experience!

We love staying in Orange Beach. Our condo was so nice, quiet and decorated beautiful, and the view was the best. Most everything we needed was furnished. Parking garage made for easy loading & unloading and made things a lot quieter. I would like to see the cleaning company maybe leave an extra roll of toilet paper and extra trash bags if possible. Orange Beach has so many places to choose from to eat, and nice shops for shopping.

We had the best time getting away and this was truly a blessing! The condo was beyond my expectations and Charlie Saunders helped us out so much! We are so thankful for the time we had there!

Phoenix IX 1003 is an excellent unit with a terrific gulf view! Our family loved the accommodations: very clean, awesome views, very short walk to beach. We would definitely come back here if we chose Orange Beach as our final destination! Biggest problem, I wish we had booked for longer!!

The condo was very nice, spacious and well equipped. The views were AMAZING!!!! The beach was PERFECT!Not too crowded, we were able to easily reserve chairs and an umbrella. My 3 year old daughter absolutely loved it!!!

The only negative is that the indoor pool was very cold.

Unbelievable view. The beach was active but not crowded. Close to everything, yet far enough away to avoid the crowds and traffic congestion we observed traveling west toward Gulf Shores. If you tire of walking the beach, the area offers great woodland trails for hiking and biking. Our 10th floor vista provided great views of porpoise, rays, and pelicans feeding on the plentiful schools of fish. The kitchen has everything needed for food prep and ample room to work. The condo is perfect in every way.

We enjoyed a perfect week: warm weather, beautiful view, and well appointed condo. It provided every amenity needed. Phoenix IX is located perfectly on Perdido, out of the congestion of Gulf Shores. We appreciated the indoor parking and well maintained property. Keyless entry is a plus. The beach is great for surf fishing and long walks. Highly recommend.

The condo was very clean, and everything was in good working order. The living room furniture is not as pictured, but very nice and appeared to be new. Kitchen very well stocked. The entry keypad is so convenient, much better than having to keep up with keys for a family. The rental agent, Casey, was great to work with. He was available for each call, very prompt and helpful. The only issue was the Nest brand central HV/AC control. I needed instructions to operate it correctly. I was glad we did not arrive late at night. Written instructions might be helpful. With one phone call, Casey quickly responded with a solution and instructions. After that all was well. The grounds are always well kept with front desk staff during the day and security. I would definitely recommend this unit. I would also rent again through this rental agency.

We had a great time. the only problem was both bathrooms had a vent that kept coming on at all hours of the day or night. Very hard to sleep.
I would not recommend this to a friend because of the Bathroom vents coming on all the time. Doug Comeaux wrote this.
