As someone who has been coming to the beach for a decade or more, I can say this unit needs some attention! The kitchen isn’t equipped very well for people who enjoy coming in from the beach and cooking and staying in. And it may be time to switch up cleaning companies because it wasn’t clean. The cabinets looked like food had exploded on them, the floors were dirty, and the fitted sheets to the beds were inside out. Dirty baseboards and just overall bleh in the cleanliness department. The best thing about the unit was the ease to get to the car and down to the beach.

Very nice unit in a building with good amenities. We had 9 adults and 3 kids and were comfortable. Adequate parking was available while we were there. Only complaint was that provided "starter" supplies were very skimpy, especially for a unit that can hold 14 people.

Was such a breeze! Condo and amenities were wonderful and was so close to parking, everything worked and he was so beautiful. Only complaint I had was there were kids in the pool acting rowdy and dangerous and not supervised on more than one occasion. Security was contacted but never came.

My family has been coming to the Alabama/Florida coast for over 20 years, anywhere from Destin to Gulf Shores. However, as my family has changed and my children have gotten older we need more space. Finding a 4 bedroom is hard. This one was perfect without breaking the bank!

The facility was good. Check in easy, parking great being on the same floor, and the shopping cart were the best idea!! I cannot fantom why the patio furniture was inside and had to be placed back inside before leaving. But anyway. The light in the fridge does not work and the fridge side was not cooling well enough. The water filter in door must need changing or something, it would only come in slow to nothing.

I have very mixed feelings about the condo. Overall it was a very nice unit but was very much in need of a deep cleaning. The floors were extremely dirty upon arrival and the ceiling fans and vents had not been cleaned in some time. Everyone in our party had allergy issues the entire stay. In addition, the $55 fee per vehicle was extremely ridiculous. Overall the unit was nice and having parking on the same floor was a luxury, but I can not in good faith recommend this unit unless the cleanliness and parking fee is improved.

We had a great stay at Phoenix 604. This was our second time staying in this condo. We highly recommend it. It is very spacious, clean, great beaches, easy access to everything due to its great location. We’ll definitely be back.

This unit is great. Good location, lots of amenities, very clean, tons of space and wonderful views. One of the great things is there is not a large building next door, so there are wonderful views from the bedrooms.

Loved this condo! It was is beautiful, clean and has a fabulous balcony where we sat every evening looking at the moon and stars. We will return!

Wonderful vacation with family. The unit was beautiful and tastefully decorated, had wonderful views, spacious, and in a great location. Check in/out instructions were sent ahead of time and were easy to understand. Unit did not have a broom and the vacuum didn’t work well on sand but I never reached out to anyone about providing one as I am sure they would have. Overall great experience.

Our room was fantastic, four bedrooms and plenty of living space for 11 of us. The room was clean and beautiful upon arrival and ready at check-in. Staff on the property were attentive and helpful. The pool areas were clean and maintained. I used the workout room daily and that too was a great space. Elevators were never backed up, and parking on the same floor as our room was easy and convenient.
The only downside was the beach. This is not Phoenix’s responsibility, however the beach was dirty littered with cigarette butts and trash people left behind. This was a stark difference from
How maintained the rental property was, and it felt good to be back in our clean unit at the end of the day.

Very nice condo, the one problem we had is there was water that leaked into the condo from above. They had 5 industrial fans running for 4 days and nights that we stay there. We requested a credit for all the noise. They did not call back. It was VERY noisy, and not what we wanted for a great vacation.

Beautiful beach and beautiful views of ocean. The pots and pans were beyond used so we went to Costco and purchased new ones to use. I tried to Vacum, however it was broken. I asked if there was a new one we could use, and the property manager asked if he could come and empty it for me. It was not full just not connected inside somehow. It was blowing out instead of sucking up. But we didn’t get any help with that. One of the closets was stuffed with a rug, we did not understand that at all. It is a beautiful place just wished I could clean it more. I bought a mop and left it there. I received a cleaning credit as there as a poop stain on the bed spread. It was very large. The master bedroom sheets were missing sheets. I ended up washing all bedding the first night. 6 beds took a long time.... I found sheets shoved into the couch and the tv stand. Thank you

This location is great, the condo spacious, building clean and well maintained. Any negative issues we have are minor. A 4-slice toaster would be a great upgrade for a rental that can sleep 14. Also, a variety of sizes of glass cooking and serving bowls could be added. We do love the crockpot and plenty of dishes. We have already rebooked for 2023 and look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful time. Every family member said it was the best place they had ever stayed. Could not have gotten a better beachfront location.

The condo is beautiful and the perfect amount of room! But it could the floors need a good cleaning! The view of the beach and balcony was amazing!

The coni was beautiful, great location! There were lower ratings on cleanliness. The sheets on 3 beds were stained with red spots. Maybe washed with a red garmet on accident and the floors weren’t mopped well. That was it though. There was a woman at the lobby desk that was very unpleasant! Won’t say her name. We had a great time though! Would go back and would recommend!

Condo was nice. Could have been cleaned better. Needs appliances replaced. We had a plumbing leak under the sink ran out in the floor. Had legs on 2 different table chairs break completely off while being sat in. Management responded quickly but maintenance even said things needed replaced. Only so much repair you can do. Needs new and bigger sofa. Other than that we did enjoy our stay. Great place for kids.

Great space and accommodations. 15 people stayed comfortably and enjoyed the activities. Pool was great and kids enjoyed the water slide. Beach was close to the pool deck which is a plus.

Great location, beautiful condo, convenient and ample parking! Everything was perfect, except for the worn out living room furniture. The pool is so nice, very clean and the beach is just a few steps away.

Vacation with friends. Nice place, 4 couples had a great time. Having the garage on the same floor was great.

The condo was amazingly comfortable and the perfect size for our children and grandchildren for an early Thanksgiving getaway. The kids loved the indoor pool and we had perfect beach weather! I’d highly recommend Phoenix Vacation Properties and will definitely book with them again.

However, there was some things that needed to have some attention..such as the couch cushions were worn out (when you sat on them..you actually sat on the hideabed) We had to put new batteries in the remote. The shower door in the master bath would not close unless you held the plastic at the bottom up over the metal piece. A few of the mattresses needed to be replace. Some of the electrical outlets in the den and on the bar didn't work. The smell of the garbage closet outside the door was bad. Loved the slide, and the zero entry pool, but never figured out the lazy just wasn't there.There wasn't anyone at the check in desk to answer our questions or even when we checked out. Loved the layout of the condo, but can't say for sure that I will stay at this property again.

We had a great time, we had 13 people and plenty of space, never felt like you were on top of each other. The unit was clean, easy access to pool, beach. Would for sure go back!

For the most part it was a great vacation. There were a few issues with the facility unit we stayed in. The mattresses seemed to be excessively worn and quite noisy... The floors had a black dirty film on them, which got on our grandchildren as they played. Anyone going in bare feet, also got this dirty film on their feet. The cleaning service, graciously came by and re-cleaned the floors. But this second cleaning, still did not remove this film. Other than these two issues, the unit was wonderful. The immunities were great. The two issues would not prevent me, from staying in this unit again.
