Had a great time! Awesome views of the ocean. Having the parking garage right there was perfectly! The condo was beautiful, clean and just as it was pictured! We will definitely be back!

Condo is nice. Good location. Great beach. Well appointed with most everything you need in the kitchen. Would recommend although a few things that aren’t really related to the condo itself. The building management needs to address some issues. The folks working in the lobby are rude and don’t seem to like their job and the security is very lax. One particular day a large group parked across the street and sort of took over the pool. I think they were friends of some staying there. Gates were propped open, wrist bands were not checked.

We had a wonderful vacation ! The condo was just a presented! Beautiful views, great amenities and the pool was amazing. Our rental experience was smooth and easy. Michael checked in on us regularly to make sure our stay was going well. We will definitely book again!

Very nice condo. Great view and plenty of space. Liked being able to park on 4th floor and walk to the condo in just a few steps.

WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW THE STAY WOULD OF BEEN, WE GOT THE DATES MESSED UP AND THE MANAGEMENT GROUP REFUSED TO HELP US WITH ALL THE MONEY WE PAID/ MAYBE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE MAYBE NOT. I GUESS WE WILL NEVER KNOW. I UNDERSTAND IT WAS MY ERROR. BUT THEY COULD HAVE HELPED US IN THIS SITUATION. HOPEFULLY NO ONE ELSE WILL HAVE MADE A MESS OF THINGS. AND HOPEFULLY YOUR STAYS WILL BE GRAND.I MIGHT WOULD SAY 5S IN THE REVIEW. BUT IST HARD TO GIVE 5S WHEN THE MANAGEMENT WOULDN'T EVEN ACT LIKE THEY HAD SOME EMPATHY.

Beautiful condo. Loved everything about our stay. However, the bed in the master was uncomfortable. (Too firm) Please check this place out. Won’t regret.

We have stayed in this condo before. It's in a great location and parking on the same floor as the condo is a real bonus. The balcony and view are wonderful. More kitchen towels and nicer bath towels would be nice but certainly not a deal breaker. We really enjoyed our stay.

Rented to celebrate my granddaughters sweet sixteenth birthday. Overall it was a great place other than the dryer not working and also the dishwasher broke. We hand washed the dishes, but they did get there to fix the dryer. We would rent again, but feel like they should have made sure all apply are working before renting.

My family had a great vacation. The experience was mostly great. The parking on the same floor of the unit was amazing. The view was also great! Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors when we got there. Our grandsons feet were black from running around inside. We would have cleaned it but there wasn’t a mop to use. Also, the television in the living room has a short and kept going out. We didn’t let either of those ruin our good time.

Perfect location and place for our much needed family vacation! Some of the appliances and rug could use an upgrade but we enjoyed our stay and loved the beach! Our son loved the water slide at the pool.

Love the location, pools and quietness of the area. Parking was better than other Phoenix locations that we have stayed. The only downside was the washer and dryer could be upgraded. It took a very long time for clothes to dry.

Wonderful vacation! This was the perfect condo for our multi-generational family. Great location, beautiful views, easily accessible and the parking was amazing! No long elevator waits ! The condo was exactly as described and the Phoenix staff great to work with. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation rental in Gulf Shores! It was great to be able to park on the same level as the condo - and we were on the 4th floor! The view was fantastic, and getting to the beach was so easy. My grandkids loved the beach, but they also loved the indoor and outdoor pools. We forgot to pick up our wristbands, so the security guard gently reminded us to go register and pick up our bands. He was very nice. There was only one thing we didn't like about our condo: the bedrooms that had windows looking into the lighted front entrance, and the curtains weren't enough to block the bright lights. The beds were comfortable, the unit was laid out well, the washer & dryer were full size, the kitchen was well-equipped, and who could possibly complain about the beautiful views? We would definitely come back!

This was our second year in a row at this unit and it was another spectacular stay. Room was ultra clean. Facilities were fantastic and constantly maintained. Looking forward to the third year in a row next time!

Description of the rental was informative. Parking on 4th level was convenient and the 2 zero entry pools with some shaded areas were perfect for our group. We will look forward to renting this unit again!

We had a great stay, the condo was even more beautiful than in the pictures! Huge balcony, great view, so convenient to park on same level as the condo, we were literally just a few feet away. Easy beach access with great pools and grilling area.

Seven of our family stayed for a week in this condo. The decor is lovely and more roomy than expected. Kitchen was well equipped. I’d been told there was a keurig but there was not. The pool is great, outdoor with slide, warmer indoor pool and hot tubs. Pool was cleaned/maintained well. The only problem occurred on our last morning when we went to retrieve our beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, from the storage area. Someone had taken EVERYTHING - including two boogie boards. We’ve been staying in condos for 10 yrs and never had anyone bother our things. Neither the front desk or manager really cared, the manager telling me sometimes the condo cleans up old stuff left behind by guests. Our things were all newer and the security people said they don’t throw anything away unless it’s obviously been there for months. We were disappointed with their response. It would have been nice if they offered to pay for chairs/umbrellas for our last day but WE had to. We would stay at this condo again, but not at risk of having things stolen.

We really enjoyed our stay! Aside from a few appliance issues...the condo was perfect for us. Very clean and modern and the deck overlooking the beach/ocean was priceless. The parking garage arrangement was also a HUGE benefit. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time to stay at this particular condo. We love it here. It’s a great place to stay with young children. **The only complaint is that the master bedroom mattress is terrible. And, if you’re thinking of staying in 2022 - check their prices. It’s almost $600 a night....

Our family loved this condo. Perfect location, super comfortable, lower floor, parking on the same level as unit, easy access to pools and beach. The condo is very spacious and had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. Amazing views from the balcony. Our kids loved the pool. We started planning our trip back down while we were still there!

The ice machine needs some work as it didn’t always work. Over all great condo and we are planning on returning again but next time we will stay longer.

The condo was in a great location, with many nearby restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed the little coffee shop across the street. We didn't have a need to contact the owner, but he made himself available if needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Nice balcony to sit on to enjoy the view and listen to the sounds of the beach. It would have been nice to have a couple beach chairs in the unit available for use. They did offer beach chair rental but we didn't need chairs all day...just something to sit in a few hours a day. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, along with the security guard that walked around the property.

The room was beautiful and we loved that it was right on the beach. Being able to park on the same floor as our room was super convenient. Having the indoor and outdoor pool was also nice when the kids needed a break from the sun.

We LOVED this condo! The location of the building and the actual condo were amazing. The only issues we had were that sheets in 2 of the rooms were not clean and the dryer. If you wanted to dry your clothes you had to prop something heavy against the door so it wouldn’t fly open. We were able to wash the sheets and put a chair against the dryer door so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back!
Biggest perk: you’re a 4 min walk to Bahama Bob’s!! :)

This condo was perfect in every way. First of all—clean!
It’s roomy, the colors are peaceful an inviting, the balcony is private and the view spectacular. We feel so fortunate to find it and visit. Hoping the next time we will be able to stay longer!

We had a great time, the condo was perfect for our family. Very spacious! Decorated nicely. Our grandson loved the pool. Loved the view from 4th floor. We will definately use Pheonix Rentals again!

This condo is as very nice, one of the nicest we have stayed in at Gulf Shores! The beds were very comfortable and the condo was roomy and clean. The deck was huge! Very close to the beach which was really clean and not overly packed with people. We were able to walk to get ice cream or to a couple of places to eat. Being able to park on the same floor as the condo was really convenient. We did have 1 security guard who was super nice and helpful! The other lady guard and a much, much older male guard were not so nice and seemed to try to find a reason to gripe at people.
We would stay there again if we found this condo available though.
Charlotte was absolutely amazing and made the entire trip worth it! She allowed us to move our dates up 1 day due to the tropical storm that rolled in so we were able to stay the entire 7 days and she called right back whenever we left a message. Her kindness and consideration is why we would come back again!!

Condo was decorated beautifully, very comfortable and provided all the necessities you needed. Kitchen stocked well. Beach chair rentals were a plus.

Fantastic view of the beach, plenty of space in each bedroom & bathroom, easy access to the pools & beach, parking garage access to the 4th floor was an incredible bonus since we traveled w/ my parents who are less mobile. Would highly recommend this condo to any family looking to enjoy Gulf Shores, AL!!

The Phoenix Gulf Shores 402 was a great location, clean, spacious and well equip for our family vacation. You literally park in covered garage literally steps from the condo. Pool area was great for the kids. Pay ice machine on-site to ensure coolers ready for the beach. Would highly recommend this condo and will book again!

I was very pleased with the management because of their quick response to any question I had. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to start with. As with most places there are more bath towels than wash rags which made us have to wash more. The beds were great. We only had 7 staying but the condo advertised that itt slept 10. Still unsure how as we investigated if the couch pulled out but never figured that out. As far as security, some security guards were super nice but one was pretty rude with telling my son in law the rules of the slide. I never used the the hot tubs because small children as in toddlers were in them playing while the parents looked on from outside. I am not getting in a hot tub where a child has been that didn’t even look potty trained. I did like that they were cleaned and emptied every day and thought I would get in but again the small unsupervised children were always in them. Someone also put a jelly fish in one of them.. nothing against the condo personally but a bridal party was happening and the bridal party chose to line up in the part of the pool that my 20 month old grandson could play in but couldn’t because the adults maintained that section. The slide was watched more than any of the other areas of the pool. Again the condo was great but not real crazy with security and the pools/hot tubs.

We LOVED our stay here!!! The condo was beautiful and plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and a baby. We felt very safe with the security inside as well as outside the building. We enjoyed sitting out on the huge balcony! The pools and hot tubs were wonderful. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Charlotte was so helpful. The location was perfect, very close to everything. We loved our stay here and can't wait to come back!!!
