Phoenix West 2503

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations ! Vey clean, comfortable and convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying at a condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location and would stay again. We loved the lazy river and slide. The furnishings are up to date. The beds are comfortable. Make sure you bring your own beach chairs or you can rent 2 chairs plus umbrella for $45 a day. My only two complaints are the cleanliness of the unit and the light from the hallway it blinds you at night when you are trying to sleep. I recommend curtains. The blender was broken so I couldn't make my protein shakes, but not a huge deal. The staff was very friendly and kept the pool area clean and maintained. Beautiful views of the gulf from the balcony.

We loved our stay at the condo! It was perfect for our family. Spacious for the kids to play inside and the amenities of the condo are wonderful. Checking in and checking out was so easy. We never had any problems with anything. Definitely want to come back!

The unit is well appointed, and clean. Great location and loved being on the 25th floor for the beautiful views. We will be back.

The condo unit was very nice and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and great balcony furniture. Exactly as pictured. The overall property is nice and convenient. Well maintained, friendly staff and security. Lots of parking options, too. Would definitely stay again.

Overall the place was nice and clean. Kids loved the slide, and my wife did also. Lazy river was nice. Pool was great, nice and cool. Beach was crowded, but understandable for the amount of people the building holds. Got out early each day to put up the canopy. Was a competition between families to get the best spots. Only drawback was the internet wasn’t always working, especially at night. But board games was fun during that time and Kids finally put down the phones.

Everything from check in to check out was smooth and easy. The condo was beautiful and the location is great! Our only suggestion would be to clean better below and behind furniture and beds. We found some nasty stuff back there. Overall cleanliness was good though. Would have liked the outdoor pool to be warmer. Don’t think it was heated.

We enjoyed another family Spring Break in OBA. We've stayed in several Phoenix properties in previous years. If we go again, we will probably book at Phoenix West II again.
Condo was sufficient, but had to purchase many items typically supplied by other owners. I.e., Salt and pepper, cooking spray, foil, seasonings, hand soap, vegetable oil, etc. With 6 people, we could have used some extra towels as well during the week. There was ongoing construction the week we rented, so unfortunately, no one slept in past 7AM. Still a great week, but a few other things could have made the stay more enjoyable.

The space is nice and large but very dusty. The jets on the jacuzzi tub don’t work. The washer and dishwasher are questionable and the dryer takes all day to dry one load of towels. The windows overlooking the patio would be stunning if they weren’t so dirty. The facility as a whole is wonderful. The beach is steps away. The pool and lazy river are amazing but the condo itself needs a really good cleaning and a new jacuzzi tub and a new washer/dryer.

I wanted to say thank you for the stay at the Phoenix West! Our unit was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay! I did have two issues that should be addressed:

1. Our booking stated that the indoor pool was heated and it was in fact not heated and was freezing to the point that we couldn’t get in. This was very misleading as the front desk told us none of their indoor pools are heated.

2. Phoenix Properties needs to find a better emergency action plan to enforce, as there were two emergency situations that occurred during our stay and they were both an absolute cluster, especially when staying on the 25th floor. The emergency system went off for a missing child and no one was aware of the emergency and people were evacuating their rooms. The second time, the fire department arrived for a potential fire on a lower floor. There was no emergency notification to upper floors accept the hallways reacted as if there was a fire by closing the elevator vestibule access doors and you could hear a slight siren in the hallways from a lower floor. In the event of a fire, the elevators can not be used and to force people the fear of having to go down 25 flights of stairs without even knowing what is going on, is absolutely ridiculous, especially with small children and elderly people. The company should invest in an emergency system notification for emergencies that don’t include, evacuating the building, such as a missing child. Please do better.

Great location and very clean

The complex itself was great and the kids really enjoyed the lazy river. The condo was very nicely decorated and very spacious but needs some general maintenance work. My in laws shared the 2 queen bedroom and one bed was so loud due to a broken box spring that they ended up spending the week on the couch bed. One of the bathroom drains was clogged and thankfully my husband was able to fix it. The master bath shower had mold all around the door so I bought spray bleach at the store to clean it. In the kitchen the wet bar sink was clogged and the fridge would randomly leak and get the whole kitchen floor wet. Im pretty sure the agitator in the washer is broken so clothes don’t come very clean. I addressed most of these issues with the management company and the only thing taken care of was a burnt out lightbulb the first day so that was very disappointing. I know all condo rentals are stocked different but in this one be prepared to supply your own seasonings/cooking oils and all paper goods, the condo is not stocked with much. On the positive side the beds were comfortable, ac worked great and the ice machine was a plus.

Super clean, super nice. We had two families share it and it was wonderful. Furniture in living room was very comfortable and our master bed was incredible. Kids loved the lazy river. Looking to book it again next year!

We absolutely loved the room and the view! The amenities were fantastic for our 5 year old! Lots of things to do in the area for children!

The location was perfect. The lazy river, pool, and beach access was amazing. The set up of the room was great. The cleanliness was an issue. It’s not as updated as it leads on to be. The wet bar with ice maker was nice. Kitchen was stocked with appliances that we needed. No cleaning supplies in case of accidents that needed to be cleaned up. Bathtub jacuzzi didn’t work, a panel of the door to laundry was laying to the side broken, two pictures from the hallway were down and stuffed in the closet. Not enough towels for our family. They gave starter supplies but it really was bare minimum. Not enough trash bags. I just wish they’d give more supplies like that so you don’t have to haul or buy boxes of those things just to haul it back home. The spare rooms floors were pretty gross and covered in sand. We expected a little sand but it was really everywhere and piles in the corners. It felt like you were sleeping in sand in the bed. That was before we even went down to visit thr beach.

We had two units side by side and loved them both. They were exactly what we needed and they were a perfect fit. The only issue was the diahwasher didn’t work in this particular unit but we made do.
