This is a Premium unit and the only 4br Condo at Phoenix X!! Come relax on the spacious 15th floor balconies with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with private balcony access and marble countertop in the master bath! A King bed in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a Queen sized bunk bed in the 4th bedroom. There are also two sofa sleepers in the living room that allow sleeping for up to 14. This unit has been completely updated to include a large upscale kitchen with custom cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the fabulous kitchen. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!
Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.

Less than satisfied. MOLD MOLD MOLD, THICK BLACK MOLD!!! Disgusting And Dangerous Thick Black Mold in kitchen and bathroom. Carpet in bedroom disgusting, dirty and falling apart. Place needed a deep clean for sure. I rented another condo in same building direct, not from vrbo and it was super clean and much more satisfying.

Many lights out, speaker hanging from ceiling, curtain rod falling, walls patched and not painted, hole in bathtub. Reached out to management right away and stated that it would be taken care of next day, never got worked on. additionally, one sliding door was impossible to open, dryer took 3 rounds to dry, and many other things that needed updating in this condo. Location of course was perfect and the ocean is always wonderful to look at. This condo fit us all comfortably and we had an overall amazing time in Orange Beach.

Excellent room for the cost! There's was only a few minor things that needed updating but all in all a great stay for the 10 people we had in our group. Plenty of room, the view was amazing and the location was perfect. Definitely would book this room again, and just might for next New Year!

The noise from the bar next door went on into the night.

We loved the location of the Phoenix X but the condo itself was not as clean as we have stayed in previously. Ceiling fans were covered in dust and the countertops and floor were sticky. There is not any food storage in the kitchen For leftovers and the pots and pans all had to be rewashed before use.

We stayed here for a week over Christmas, and had no problems with the condo. There was enough room for seven adults (our kids shared the bunk beds) and was centrally located enough that we didn’t have to drive far to get anywhere. We would be more than happy to come back here in the future.

The condo is beautiful and spacious. The views from the 2 balconies are beautiful. The building amenities were very nice, workout room, racquetballs court, beach front, etc. all very nice.
The kitchen was nice but not well equipped with cooking utensils that are normally needed. The fridge/freezer was huge - nice surprise! The bar area was such a great feature - allowed all of us room to spread out.
We wished there was more lounging furniture - there was 2 long couches in the main TV area... not really enough for 10 people.
Overall it was a nice spacious condo with beautiful view of the ocean and convenient access directly onto beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in the penthouse condo at Phoenix X!! The size was perfect for our family, everyone had their own space and bathroom. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the gulf and inland water way & Ono Island. Great food and entertainment within walking distance was a prime reason for our selection. Phoenix Rentals property management was very good to work with and their response times were excellent! Our only negative was the cleanliness, floors, counters & bar shelving were pretty dusty, so we tidied up when we got there. Overall it was a perfect place for us to vacation! We look forward to returning here in the future!!!

The condo was well equipped and very spacious with lots of storage. We had 14 people and slept comfortably. No issues or problems during our stay. Would definitely rent again!
