Phoenix West 2403

We had a great time at Phoenix West. The management people here are very professional and friendly. That was a big plus. The condo was everything you could want. It is very attractive, well stocked, clean and well cared for. No negatives at all. The property was so much fun. We spent a couple of hours each day in the lazy river. We called in hydro-therapy because after spending some time lazily floating around we all felt very relaxed.

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and we were impressed with the great choices of restaurants. While you are there, stop by Zeke's for their Bananas Foster bread pudding. We had it twice during our stay. And check out Pete's Homemade Ice Cream, which is just down the street from the condo. Excellent ice cream!

We will be looking forward to coming back and when we do, Phoenix West and condo 2403 will be our choice!

Beautiful condo! The decorations & style was so well done. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows (just needed extra pillow cases) 4 full bathrooms was a plus with a girls trip. We were allowed to check in early. We had a great stay and would book this condo again every time!

The condo was pretty but upon arrival we found the master bathroom sink completely stopped up, missing stoppers for the bathtubs, there were only 3 spoons in the kitchen, the shower liner was full of pink mold and the stand alone ice machine was FULL OF BLACK MOLD! No, I didn’t call maintenance or the property owner to fix these problems because while I’m on vacation, I refuse to have people coming and going to fix things. The property should be managed better and properly cleaned before new guest arrive. The mold in the ice machine and on the shower liner had to have been there for months if not years. I own an ice machine and clean it every 6 months and have never had as much mold as the machine in the condo had. So, I know it hasn’t been cleaned in a very, very long time. Stick your head in the ice machine and look up. You will be grossed out for sure. Also, the water slide was closed for 6 of the 7 days we were there. That was one reason we book at this resort. I didn’t like the way you have to cross the parking lot to get to the pool/beach. The elevators were going out from time to time. The good-beds were comfortable, AC worked well, nice TV’s in the rooms and living space. Unfortunately, I will never return to this resort. I would never take another chance on ending up with another dirty condo.

We stayed four days in this amazing condo. The decor was stunning, the beds so comfortable, and the views from this room were incredible. The kitchen was fully stocked. There is also more seating on the deck than what is in the pictures. Casey was amazing in helping us with any questions or needs that we had. We also brought our own Christmas decorations. Thanks so much for helping us have a Beautiful Perfect Christmas holiday.

This is the nicest beach condo I've ever stayed at. Up-to-date and very clean.

The condo was perfect for the size of our party. Bedrooms were comfortable, spacious with room for everyone to spread out.

The kitchen was exactly what we needed, with plenty of bar space, an ice maker and a clean fridge.

Beach access was easy, and the multiple pools were ideal.

A great property, and we look forward to returning soon.

The condo was fabulous! Updated and classy feeling with all the accommodations needed for a large extended family to have fun and be comfortable! Our group aged from 9 yrs old to 82 yrs old. There’s an elevator, easy parking, Lazy River and pools, water slide, easy beach access, hoses/shower to clean off after the beach, immaculate view from the large ocean side balcony, and easy access to lots of places from Orange Beach to Gulf Shores. Perfect!! We’d stay here again! The kids cried when we had to leave!

We were glad we paid the extra money after a disastrous rental experience last year with a different company. The property was well maintained. The unit was absolutely beautiful. Parking was not an issue and it was nice having covered parking for the week.

First time staying at Phoenix West and I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed it.

*My kids loved the water slide and lazy river. Honestly, that’s what sold me on this property. It was beautiful and well maintained.

What we loved about Unit 2403:
*Super comfortable beds. This will always be a deal breaker for me. Every bed was amazing.
*Newly renovated with nice, high-end finishes. This really made it feel like a getaway.
* Very spacious at nearly 2,000 sq. ft.
*Newer/comfortable furniture.
*Nice, big TVs in living room and each bedroom.
*Lots of extra lighting, lamps, recessed and dimmable to adjust to preference.

Phoenix Rentals made everything super easy. When we arrived one of the toilets would not flush. Maintenance came and took care of it, no problem. The only suggestion I would make would be to have more seating on the balcony. For a three bedroom unit, it wasn’t enough. We loved our stay and will definitely go through Phoenix Rentals in the future.

Everything was as described. Property was clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the cable tv which was taken care of right away. We enjoyed a bike ride around gulf state park. It is great.
My only suggestion would be more patio furniture. Only had four chairs.

this was our second time spending the week in OBA and our second time in this very unit. We definately appreciated the furniture upgrade from last years' stay and really like the decor of the unit etc. The views from the balcony are incredible and remind us so much of a cruise ship balcony with only being able to look out and see water and hear the waves crashing! Relaxing and recharging for sure!

Our stay was great. We really enjoyed the area and the condo. We highly recommend this condo and location.

We loved it there clean and roomy

The condo is very spacious. We chose the condo because it had two king beds. We had two couples and other condos didn't offer equitable rooms like this place. Plus, every room had it's own bathroom plus a full bath in the common area (the common bathroom also held the washer/dryer). Everything was well decorated and clean. The view was fantastic! The only pithy complaint is the couch is a bit worn but very comfortable (the center corner piece's top cover would come out and we would just tuck it back in). Everyone fought for the big comfy chair. Overall I'd rate it a 9 out of 10. The front office and the guards were all terrific and friendly. Great rental!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! The scenery is just as described; in fact, I don't think pictures does it justice. The owners had great communication; and, were very kind. The jacuzzi was closed due to Covid, but the inside pool was very nice. The outside pool was closed due to the season; therefore, I would like to revisit in the summer time.

This unit was amazing and everything I could ask for with 3 teenagers. Everyone had space to get away and the unit was completely equipped with everything we needed.

At first, I did not like my choice for rental property. We arrived the Saturday before Labor Day and it was extremely crowded. I do not like being part of a herd and this was a herd situation. One Elevator was out of service and the other three were not working properly. The line for an elevator reached from the elevators to the outside portico. I regretted my decision to stay in one of the mega complexes this year instead of choosing a house or smaller facility as I had done in the past. On Tuesday, everything changed. After Labor Day, everyone left the complex. Parking was no longer an issue and the elevators were available in a reasonable manner. The rest of my week there was fine and I had no complaints after the crowd left. Someone did slam their silver door into the side of my new car in the parking area though. The parking spaces are too narrow and the kind person ran off without taking responsibility for the needed body work....I hope you are reading this and karma comes back to bite you as hard as you dented my door!

This vacation home was the clean, modern, kitchen was fully equipped , amazing views , family games and the owner was awesome. The home provided plenty of space for our family of 10. We will definitely be back soon!!

This was the first time we rented a condo in Orange Beach. The condo was absolutely amazing. It was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and the view was unbelievable. Having the pools available was wonderful for the days my son didn’t want to be on the beach. Both of my parents have trouble getting around but everything was very accessible.
