The site was great, as were all the amenities. Only issue, and it is a tough item in the beachfront environment, was the cleanliness of the floors upon arrival. All rugs/carpet should be permanently removed and all floors given a thorough cleaning before each guest (was it just our's?) arrival. Also noticed that a maintenance log on the water furnace kinda died-out in late 2019. That should be updated or removed altogether.

Per condo without charge for parking. After what you pay for a condo, a parking pass shouldn’t cost $60 per car.

Great vacation with family. Condo is hugh and very nicely decorated. Loved the pools and especially the adult pool water chairs. Grandkids loved all the pool options and the slide. Great location and was clean. Note: the grills are charcol not propane. The main complaint was both king size beds mattresses were uncomfortable. Both had slopes. Also there needs to be more elevators. Most times the wait was quit
e long. Overall we had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay in condo#709 for a week. Beautiful, clean unit with ample space for our family. pictures are accurate and the kitchen had more that what we needed. Property was great especially with the Oasis bar that serves wonderful food all day and evening. The kids loved the option of the lazy river/pool and slide when they were tired of the beach. Great time over all

We are snowbirds and this unit is the one we rent from Jan 3 to March 9 each year. It is in good shape when we come in and we leave it likewise when we leave. Julia at Phenix Rentas is efficient and gives good service.

The location and view were great. Enjoyed the sunrise/sunset and watching dolphins from our balcony. Check-in and check-out were easy. Everything was as pictured on the website. Great place for a relaxing vacation.

Great experience - room was great, had all the amenities that were needed within the kitchen area. Grand-Kids especially enjoyed the pool areas, spending plenty of time in the lazy river. Will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at Phoenix West II. Our family loves the lazy river!! The check-in & check-out procedure was very easy & convenient. There were lots of near-by restaurants & shops. I'm glad that you are building a couple of pickleball courts! The staff that we interacted with were all very polite & helpful. Our unit was clean, but the balcony was very slippery.

This was our first time to vacation in Orange Beach, AL but will definitely not be our last. If only the weather had cooperated, our trip would have been PERFECT!! The condo was perfect for our family of 8 and was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Located perfectly for the beach, pool and fitness areas. Will hopefully be able to use this rental again and would definitely give the property 5 Stars :)

There was a sand burr between the sheet and mattress in the master bed which we removed the next morning. Wished there was a tea pot in the kitchen.

This place was beautiful! Loved the view, the decor, the layout. Everything was clean & lovely. Staying on the 7th floor was a huge plus because we didn’t have issues with the elevator. The only thing we found disappointing was there was no welcome/snack basket, no coffee/k-cup, not a snack to speak of. There was an empty basket on the kitchen counter. A little disappointing but everything else was amazing!

We have stayed in this same building multiple times, this time was a little disappointing but not awful. The condo overall was nice, we were somewhat surprised at the dirtiness. The fridge was gross, hair in bottom. We found an old pacifier next to a bed and some cereal on kitchen floor. The kitchen sink was awful sometimes wouldn’t even turn off of the faucet wouldn’t move. It was half broken and difficult. One of rockers on patio arm was broken and lightbulbs were burnt out in master bed. Dryer was very dirty on top and stained. It wasn’t an awful experience but it wasn’t just perfect either, just impartial. I have a very high tolerance for things like this and I let a lot of things go usually but I was shocked at some things this time around. The overall building was fine, the pool seemed much dirtier this time then before. Usually they are out each morning cleaning and vacuuming that did not happen this time. We had fun and didn’t let small things bother us but did not feel very clean.

The condo was nice & clean. However, it is a bit dated & the glass coffee table is a hazard. Two people ran into it & had a shin injury & a knee injury. The rugs in the entry hall are dirty & unnecessary. The mats in the main bath could be discarded too. It’s cleaner to use the white, cotton mats that are provided. We have owned a condo @ West & we know what renters want. Thank you.

This was my first time renting at this property. The unit was quite large and spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Upon arrival it was evident that the unit hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The ceiling fans were dusty, all the furniture was dusty and the showers had to be cleaned before use.

Our first night there was to be relaxing from a day of driving. We had to revert to days before remote controls because all batteries in the unit were dead...in everything.

For the price, I was expecting better. Not certain that I’ll be renting from here again.

Our owner has been good to us, nice condo #709 and some new furniture a yr ago. The building staff is competent despite the setbacks of 2 hurricanes and hail damage. We are snowbirds. We are gentle on the condo and leave it as we found it.

There were 7 of us all adults, We thoroghly enjoyed our stay.

We have used Phoenix Rentals the past two years for our Fall beach vacation. They were extremely helpful finding us a replacement room after Hurricane Sandy caused damage to our condo right before we were to arrive. They were able to find us an equally nice condo in another complex that fit our families' needs. We used them again this year and management did an excellent job of again meeting our needs. They don't usually answer the phone but do get back to you very quickly. They also met our extra requirements due to COVID conditions and our senior family members arriving early. We will definitely use them again next year. The only reason we did not give our specific condo 5 stars was only because the two queen beds in one of the guests rooms have a horrible squeek to them which kept family members from sleeping well. Other than that the condo was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Hope this review helps you.

I was very pleased with the accommodations

my vacation rental was great except that the condo was very dirty. They had Fruit Loops under the couch and cookies under the chair in the living room. There is a broken chair on the patio.

Loved our stay. Able to park on the same floor as our 7th floor condo which made loading & unloading a breeze! Really liked the Trex style patio furniture on the deck; table could sit 6 plus there were two rocking chairs. The Phoenix amenities are well kept and clean (indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, common areas). Great location, 5-10 minute drive to a Walmart, Lartigues Fish Market, & a number of restaurants. Really a great condo that can easily house 2 families with kids.

We had another great visit to Orange Beach. The condo was very nice and we loved the new furniture in the living room. We had a small problem with the sliding door going out to the deck but it was taken care of in short order by Phoenix Rentals. Great folks to work with. Loved going to our favorite restaurant Flora Bama Yacht Club.

The actual condo we stayed in was clean and well-maintained but the overall property experience was lacking. This building is poorly designed with massive empty interior corridors, columns IN the indoor pool, inadequate elevator capacity, inadequate parking and an awkward lazy river to name a few. There are an excessive number of Phoenix properties in this area, you’d think they’d have refined their building design after so many tries. The capacity of this property feels like a large hotel only with no amenities.

The Phoenix West II was very clean inside and out. The condo we stayed at was also very clean, furniture was a little shabby. Julia the owner was very helpful and friendly. The one thing that was disturbing was where the splash pool was located, while our little ones were playing there were items thrown off the balconies. One day it was a full water bottle even. My daughter and I had to sit and watch to make sure nothing was dropped down while our little ones played, it was stressful.The incidences were reported but we never knew what happened, if anything.

Rented three units. Staff helpful.Had a problem with under counter lighting which was taken care of in short order. Checking out @ 10AM was tough (3 units) but Cayce helped us get through it. We've done this for the last ten years! Need blackout shades for corridor bed rooms.

Great condo. Love that each bedroom has private bath. Furniture very good and outdoor furniture very good also. Love renting from this management company

The condo was great!! It had enough room for 9 people The kitchen could of had more dishes and plastic glasses to take to the beach.The ice maker at the bar was awesome!!! We would definitely stay there again!!!

Nice property with indoor pool, outdoor pool, and lazy river for the kids. Also features a poolside snack bar with the nicest gentleman. Room was clean and tidy. The master had an odd location, off the kitchen area wit French doors that opened into the dining room. A bit strange, but there were drapes for privacy. Great bar area off the kitchen, handy ice maker, and well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for our family, although the balcony was extremely small. Parking was a bit of a pain, as it was cramped and seemed to take forever to get in/out of the parking deck. Also, there are only 12 floors of parking and 32 floors in the unit, so no guarantee that you can park on your level. A minor inconvenience.
