Phoenix V 510

Loved our stay here. The wait for elevators could be a little frustrating at peak hours, but other than that it was an amazing experience.

Location was perfect, condo was clean, splash pad and pools were great for kids. Would definitely stay here again. Items that could be improved: replace current tv’s with smart tv’s for streaming capabilities, replace tv in 2nd bedroom, the screen is going out. Need more lighting out in the pool and splash pad areas after dark.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was beautiful, great location by a lot of entertainment for kids & restaurants. Easy access to the beach and the splash bad was a plus for the kids! Easy check in and checkout process as well which makes it easy when leaving! I will definitely stay here our next trip.

Wonderful condo for a truly relaxing vacation. Condo was very clean and quiet included everything you could ask for. Would love to rent this condo again! And the view is spectacular. Enjoyed breakfast on the spacious balcony before taking the short walk to the beach for the day.

Overall we had a great stay. The condo could use some updating. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were old and not very comfortable. The location was great and we love Orange Beach.

This was our 2nd time staying in Phoenix V, but the 1st time in this unit. The view was amazing! There was plenty of room for the 4 people that were on this trip (3 adults, 1 child). The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. We loved the assigned parking spot in the parking garage in the basement.

Overall the condo was great! Still a little Sandy on the floor from the previous guests, but not a deal breaker. The elevators were problematic at times because Maintenance had one out for service and painting of a second one during the day.

We booked 7 days and ended up extending to 9 days! We love staying at Phoenix V!

I have no complaints! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool and splash pad was a great evening hangout after a day on the beach. Condo close to everything!

Our family was very satisfied with the stay. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and the splash pad. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. Only steps away from the beach. Very enjoyable.

We had a great time staying at Phoenix V this year. Overall the unit was in great shape -- our only complaint is that the floor was pretty dirty in some areas upon arrival (needed to be mopped considerably better). Other than that, everything else was very clean and in excellent condition.

We were very attracted to the online photos of this condo and found they proved true as shown. We were extremely pleased with the surrounding and the many accent pieces that were usual and added to our experience.

The only points that we can make is there was only one hand towel for each bath which was not sufficient for a week’s stay. Also, we brought pods for the pictured coffee maker but contained drip coffee maker, but fortunately, we purchased Walmart's Main Stay pod coffee maker for $20 and was well on our way for our coffee fix.

The resort was beautifully decorated and well maintained and had a gigantic pool with a short walk to the beach. We have fantastic memories of our catamaran dolphin evening cruise, a trip to Paula Dean’s restaurant, Legends show and an entertaining, fun dinner Lambert’s Café.

This vacation in entirety was the best!

The rental was fine except the issues with the balcony, the fan in the 2nd bedroom did not work, and we purchased cleaner to clean the mold from the shower curtain in the 2nd bedroom.

We ended up there when the weather was less than stellar - indoor pool to the rescue! Great location and great amenities. Very comfortable beds (which is always a plus!). Could use some updating on decor, but it didn't really bother us. Definitely recommend - the kids are already asking to go back!

Had a wonderful week. Condo was clean and had everything you’d need to fix meals. The owner was very friendly & made sure we were taken care of. The staff at Phoenix V were friendly. First time to orange beach, & it was then Best vacation we’ve had as a family in a while. We will be back!

Great location and beach views. Beds were comfortable, and complex has a nice pool. Unit was perfect for our group of 5. Water pressure in showers were terrible, and shower heads desperately need to be replaced. Loud music at night from other units made it difficult to sleep at times.

Such an amazing place to stay perfect layout for a family of 4 loved the views the beds were comfortable, loved that it was on the 5 floor because you had the option to take the stairs when the elevator got backed up. We are already planning our trip for next year

The property description is very accurate. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The pools were great. The beach service was excellent. Having parking place provided inside the enclosed garage was priceless....allowed great access to the carts and elevators and kept your car cool and out of the sun. I highly recommend this condo!!!

The unit was very dated. Decor.. not very pleasing to the eyes. The showers didn’t drain, at all. And if you opened the balcony door, the kitchen and living room would have an instantly unpleasant smell. We originally rented a different condo which was sold and not available. So, we were moved to this one. Loved the Phoenix V, just not this unit.

The condo was accommodating for our family of 5, the amenities are great and it's located close to lots of restaurants and attractions.

From the payment to the check-in, the stay was flawless. We enjoyed our trip, and the condo was just what our family needed. The location was great for food, beach, and plenty of activities nearby.

The overall experience was good - the only thing is check in... wish times could be scattered because everyone trying to check in at same time!

Condo was nice and met our expectations. Property manager was very responsive. The kids loved the splash pad thing and it was nice to just sit in a chair and watch them have fun. Our kids have already asked to go back next year!

This condo was well equipped! It had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and casserole dishes and everything you need. (Bring your spices.) We did a lot of cooking and it was helpful having a well stocked kitchen. Phoenix Rentals was EXTREMELY responsive when I had a question. A great experience for a family of 4.

Nice family trip. Good to get away for a few nights. We had a relaxing time and the kids loved the water splash pad thing. Nice to have something to keep them occupied. Julia was great to work with. Our bath tub drain was slow draining when we first arrived and she had someone out there that day to fix it. Great service. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix V. We didn't even notice the pirate ship playground when booking so that was a fun surprise for our kids. The beach was perfect. Calm and the water was the prettiest shade of blue green. Weather could not have been better. Hated to head back to the snow!

Just right for our 4 generations. From age 83 to 3 it had all we could ask for.

The condo is exceptional! The location is around the corner as to not be disturbed by the elevator but not too far for carrying things, perfect location ----super beach view. The decor of the condo is upscale. All the beds in the condo are firm with a pillow top mattress cover. The condo even has 25 movie dvd collection to watch on those rainy days :) At the properties front desk there is a young lady at the counter, worked there for years, she can be overbearing with the way in which she interacts with the guests, she is callus and repeats herself.

The best ever! Everything so close. Clean, quiet, beautifully decorated. I didn't want to leave.

Everything we needed for our family of 5. The condo was decorated very nicely. Everything we needed. Nice view. Beautiful view of ocean. Overlooks pool...pool stays busy and you can hear the hustle and bustle late at night and early in the morning from the master bedroom. Nothing rowdy, just kids playing but if you have trouble sleeping, bring a sound machine. Beds were comfortable. We would stay again! Thank you!

Wonderful condo in Orange Beach. Condo was very clean, well stocked and even had games, books and magazines which was a very nice gesture. It is in a great location close to shopping, grocery store and restaurants. The manager of the condo was very professional and even stopped by right after we checked in to make sure everything was clean and what we expected. Also gave us her cell number in case we needed anything. We will definitely be staying in this same unit again soon. *****

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Phoenix V unit 510. The elevators seemed to operate slow throughout the day. However, the stairs were easily accessible from our room.

We are resource parents and this was our 11 year olds first trip to the beach. It was an amazing visit. Thank you so much.

We stayed in this unit for Spring Break 2017. It was just right for us. Our teenage daughter and two of her besties had the room with 2 queens and their own bathroom. We had the Master, and the layout allowed us plenty of privacy. We have stayed at more modern condos on the OB beachfront in the past. While all very lovely, this building met all our needs and for the price it is easy to make the decision to stay here. Very nice to have our own designated parking space underground protected from the elements. Great central OB location convenient to stores and restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only issue was with the fry pans...not up to par. But all other cookware, dishes, etc were plentiful. We would like to recommend that the lighting in the guest bedroom be improved to make it brighter in that room when needed. Seemed dark in there all the time even with what lighting there is turned on. Furnishings in the main area of the unit were cheery and comfy. Nice decorative touches throughout. Clean and provided us with all the starter essentials we needed before making a trip to the store. Washer and dryer are small and basic stacked combination, but did the job. Solid construction...place was busy with lots of families that week and we were not bothered by noise from other units. We would consider returning if the size of our future party traveling is 5 or less. Manager/Owner was very nice to work with.

We had a wonderful time at Phoenix V 510! The condo was in excellent condition for our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Our favorite far...was the view!!! We enjoyed the pool, which was never crowded, and spent most of our days at the beach. Weather was perfect (75-80 degrees). We highly recommend this unit and the Orange Beach area.

We had a great time at this unit. The views were amazing and the unit was quite relaxing. I would say the master bedroom mattress was old and needed to be replaced but overall the amenities were amazing. Great stay, would definitely come back.

We have never been to Alabama before, thus it was out first experience with Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. The condo was in the ideal location! Terrific views and just a short walk and you're on the beach. It was well stocked with dishes and utensils. "Home away from home." The bedding was a little worn and the rooms were quite dusty, like it hadn't been rented in a bit (cleaned), a few dead bugs in corners. But, the view made it all trival. While there we were under a tornado warning so perhaps in the future a small guide of "where to go in an emergency" placed in the unit would be helpful. The staff at Phoenix V were so helpful and kind and we met quite a few other vacationers. We had a beautiful week and definitely plan to visit the area again someday. I would definitely recommend this beautiful condo and vacation spot.

We loved Phoenix V 510. It was very nice and very clean when we arrived. Excellent location, right on the beach. We seen the dolphins swimming right on the balcony every morning. Close to everything.

I would defiently recommend this condo and Phoenix V property as a choice for a vacation stay. Condo had everything we needed, clean, and great views. Amenities are perfect with families who have smaller children. Bed was very firm, but overall made for a great weekend get away. Owner was very kind and helped make our experience enjoyable.

It looks so nice in the picture, but the sofa and chair were dirty and dingy. It needs to be replaced or professionally cleaned. Other than that the condo met all of our expectations.

Condo was great. Everything you need and view is fantastic. Pool was great as well as the splash pad for kids. Only downside is it would be great to have a restaurant on site. Just somewhere to grab sandwiches, lunch, etc. Currently you either prepare in your room, grill it yourself, or go on a drive to eat. Some venues we have stayed at before in Florida have small bar/restaurants on site and never realized how great this was until it was not available.

Condo is nice! Exactly like pictures. Great location and the sprinkle park at the Phoenix V is perfect for children. Pool is awesome! Will strongly consider condo 510 when we make plans for our next visit to Orange Beach.

This 5th floor condo is at just the right height to sit on the balcony and watch for dolphins, passing fishing ships and of course people watch! The new children's splash pad was a big hit with parents and kids alike. I know our grandkids would have loved it! The condo was as described and close to both restaurants and grocery stores.

Phoenix V had everything we needed. My daughter loved the splash pad and it was a great way to get remaining sand off of her. The outdoor and indoor pools were nice but we rarely used. My husband said the workout room was great. Condo 510 was perfect. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was cozy. The walk to beach was short. The beds were comfy. The patio provided an excellent view.

Large condo that accommodated a family of 5 well. The room was ready and waiting ( we were actually able to get in early). Room was clean, some dishes, pots and pans were not. Furniture wasn't bad but could have been more comfortable and perhaps enough to seat 5 comfortably. Customer service was very good and helpful.

Only one complaint about the Phoenix V property: the men's sauna was not working!
Other than that, the place was awesome.

This was our third year in a row staying at Phoenix V, and this was the nicest unit so far! We loved everything about it. Plenty of space and modern decor. Owner emailed us the first day to make sure everything was as it should be. We have zero complaints!! Definitely recommend and would stay here again! Thank you!!
