Incredible view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will be back.

The resort was great! The front beach roads were packed with people summer vacationing so Canal Rd was perfect for me and my two young kids. We enjoyed the pools, the surrounding restaurants, and easy access to the express routes.

We loved our stay here! My children had the best time in the pool, lazy river, and slide. It has the best views of the bay. It had everything we needed to cook there and was convenient to things.
It was away from all the crowds at the beach.
We will be back!

This condo was nice, had an ice machine which we loved. Very clean. Had lots of utensils. A/C worked great.

Great unit, great lazy river and slide for the kids. The facilities were overrun by large parties who gathered all of the chairs by the pool, blared loud music, and cursed loudly. When this was brought to the facility's management, they took no apparent action. If you want your kids to be surrounded by drinking and bad language, this might be the place for you.

We have stayed in this unit several times and it never disappoints.
The view from the balcony is so special as you look across the bay.
Condo is comfortable and has plenty of kitchen supplies if you choose to stay in for meals. Julia stays in contact throughout your stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Phoenix on the Bay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a secluded beach getaway.

We had the best time! It was spacious, had everything we needed, and was out of all the traffic. The views were amazing! We watched the dolphins swim by and it was so peaceful!

We are very happy with our stay here. Julia your person that helps us has been great!! We could not ask for any more as we are old and she has made it very easy here at our condo. 1504 is the CLEANEST property we have been in. I credit the no pet policy. Prefect location to watch the LAZY RIVER and the boats in the bay. You are NOT on the beach. But condo is centrally located and easy to hop into car and get to the beach and your favorite restaurants. Loved the plantation shutters to manage that intense sun. Grateful for the ceiling fans. Nice stocked kitchen. Need heavy duty hooks in bathrooms or hallway for wet beach towels. No hangers provided or air dryer. Other than that, Nice, relaxing place.

The property was in excellent condition. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The lazy river/water slide was a huge hit for the grandchildren. We hope to be back soon!

We have been spending our last 27 winters first in Gulf Shores and many of those year at orange Beach. Our stay this year has been very good and compared to weather back in Iowa this is a lot warmer. Our 1504 condo was very clean, disinfected, and has everything we need to enjoy our 3 months here. One of the benefits we had had from those 27 years is new friends each year and we stay in touch with many all year. We here at Phoenix one have socials each Tuesdays and you get to meet new guests and we have a ball that couple of hours each week. Brett-Robinson has allowed us to do this social and we set it up, shut down after we are done and all is well. I don’t know if they don’t know but shutting down these things do not help with Covid. They finally are talking on TV about this very thing and it is time. Anyway thanks Brett- Robinson for letting us handle our wonderful Social each Tuesday as this is one of the big reasons we are here. Also would like to say Phoenix Rentals do a great job with helping many people to come down here and enjoy our winters.

VRBO manager Julia Ayers was very accommodating and helped us all the way. We had already planned a small vacation over the weekend. When We had to evacuate for the storm, Julia helped us add a few days to the trip to accommodate us running from the storm. I know she was very busy, but always was prompt in her response back when I asked for additional help. Thanks Julia for everything.

We had a wonderful time and the kids loved the pool with the water slide. The condo was clean and spacious. There weren’t any extras like spices, laundry soap or kitchen rags. But overall we had a great stay.

The condo was nice and clean with a beautiful view. The kids really enjoyed the pool and lazy river. Highly recommend this location.

I would stay here again had a great time 7 nights was awesome with 5 grandkids and my daughter, Everyone loved it ❤

We enjoyed our stay at POB 1504. It was clean and comfortable. TVs worked without issue. Couch and chairs were comfortable and in great condition. Balcony has a nice view. It was quiet, no noise from the neighbors. The pool area is kept reasonably quite as well. Pool is nice, lazy river was great. Received a nice welcome email from owners. Only problems were no additional toilet paper, partial rolls upon arrival only. Not enough for a 4 night stay. No dish soap or dishwasher pods. I bring my own because we often eat in and wash more than once. Minor complaint. I would still be happy to return.

Overall good. Issue with the washing machine leaving spots where maintenance had to get involved to have it cleaned.

This was a great condo. We loved being on the top floor and could see out into the bay! It had a great balcony and we loved how the kitchen looked out towards the balcony. The whole layout of the condo was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We have always stayed at Phoenix on the Bay 2. This was a great change for us in that the lazy river is 2 times the size and we had everything we needed in this condo. Property is well kept and maintained. This condo has everything you need to for nice stay. You won't go wrong in staying here!

This unit was great and had everything needed for our stay. The only negative I have is that the sliding glass door for the balcony is extremely hard to open and close.

We wanted to get away for a few days . Perfect spot and it was my daughters 12th birthday which made it more special!!

This condo was just as described. It was clean and beautiful. The amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed the pools and lazy river.

We absolutely lover this place. We are not much for the hussle and bussle of all that goes on in town and here you can just relax by the pool. You can also go down to the water and catch hermit crabs (a lot) and find some pretty neat shells. You can take a boat for the boat dock. We have met several people who live here and they are all very friendly. We plan on coming back.

We had a great trip while staying at Phoenix on the Bay 1504. The room has an excellent view of the marina and pool. In my opinion, this location is one of the best in the complex. The pool and lazy river is wonderful as well. Will definitely stay here again.

I rented this condo for a family vacation with my daughter and grandsons (ages 7 and 11); my son-in-law and niece also joined us for a few days. We were extremely pleased with the condo and the entire complex. Check in was flawless. We found the unit clean, comfortable and well stocked. We LOVED THE KEYLESS ENTRY, and the ice maker in the wet bar was an added plus! The condo's view was absolutely beautiful! We all enjoyed the pools (especially the lazy river), and our favorite place late afternoons was on the balcony watching the boats in the bay. The boys did some fishing and crabbing from the boat docks, and loved the grassy area for playing ball or kicking the soccer ball. While we didn't use the grills, they were in use every night by families, and I was pleased to see they were thoroughly cleaned by maintenance staff each morning. POB is a great place for families!

Although we had a few minor issues (porch light, oven light, etc), Julia was quick to have someone come by and take care of them immediately. I hope to stay in this unit again, and will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Appreciate the property has security who also serve as pool safety personnel particularly since there is no life guard on duty. The security officers assisted with keeping children safe when the parents were not as eager to watch their children. I would recommend to the property owner to have a hair dryer and more bath towels for guests. Additionally, 24 hours prior to checkout we requested a later checkout of noon versus 10:00am. We did receive acknowledgement of our request and "I will get back to you" but we never heard back. This was a rather disappointing way to end our trip.

Very nice, our condo was beautiful and well stocked. Loved having an ice maker in the wet bar. Bed was comfy and jacuzzi tub was a treat. Our view was amazing from the porch. It was a bit noisy at night with all the kids in the lazy river but at 10pm it was very peaceful. We had a roach problem every night pilot on the porch. Looked like they were coming from the upper corner unit. Over 20 every night.

This is the first time we have ever stayed on the bay side in Orange Beach. It was a fun experience and Phoenix on the Bay offers lots to do. The lazy river is a big hit. Security needs to work out some issues but overall loved the place. This room offers a great view of the bay and we enjoyed watching all the boats come and go. We went during July 4th holiday and we did not have to leave the property to see the fireworks. It was a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Our condo was clean, had ample space and well equipped. The weather was great and the atmosphere was terrific! The balcony furniture was not as comfortable we we would have liked.

Our only request would have been for beach towels to be included with the rental. We typically don't pack them as they have been included in other rentals we have utilized.
We definitely may return in the near future.

My wife and I stayed here for a three-day weekend getaway and it was great. The condo offers a great view of the bay and pool area. While the property does not have beachfront access, it more than makes up for it with an incredible pool area. The lazy river and sundeck were great. We will definitely go back again.

I called Phoenix Rentals and talked to Julia. She was very nice and we were able to do everything over the phone. Everything! When we got to Phoenix on the Bay all I had to do was get a parking pass. That's it. Had a code for entry but we changed it to something easier for all to remember. Did not have to keep up with keys or cards. So easy and convenient! The Condo was awesome! Very nice and comfy. It was on the end closest to the bay and on 5th floor. Great view! We wifi be going back!
