For our family of four, this location allowed for a fantastic vacation. The condo itself was stocked very well, was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The beach tired out the kids easily in the mornings but they loved heading to the splash pad in the afternoon. Both indoor and outdoor pools were great especially for an after dinner swim. The location of this property puts you within walking distance of some excellent dining options, and only a short 5-10 minute drive to most attractions. We will absolutely recommend this unit to anyone else. After this stay, this location will become our new destination of choice!!!

Very nice place to rent. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. The location is great. It is well furnished and very tidy. Very nice for sure. Pool area is huge. New Atrium/Lobby/Entry, that just was completed on our final days is very nice. Only two VERY small items to address; the Keurig coffee maker not working. Standard one did work, so no big deal. There was some of the "popcorn" ceiling in the guest bathroom is delaminating after the humidity of a hot shower.

Our family was in Orange Beach for a Spring Break Baseball Tournament. It was our first trip to Orange Beach. We really enjoyed our stay and the condo at Phoenix V was perfect for us. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers and everyone was comfortable. The teens made great use of all the amenities like the volleyball net, racquetball court and the hot tubs.

Rental is in great condition and furnished tastefully and well. The sliding glass doors are broken and go off track, but that is a condo association issue rather than an owner issue. The building in general is tired and that the doors to the pool are shattered with tape on them, and the pool gates are broken with orange construction mesh in place is off putting. The unit deck furniture is fantastic. The kitchen could use a few more items as there are no knives-only butter knives. The unit was not clean when we arrived-the floors were dirty and trash was in trash cans, there was hair in the bathroom showers, and there was actually sand in one of the beds. We cleaned it and made do since it was only a short weekend and we arrived late on the first day.. Overall we had a nice visit, and for the price would stay here again-however I would request for it to be cleaned upon arrival and will make sure to double check that in advance.

We loved staying in this room it was a bit smaller than I thought but overall it was great. My only complaints would be the sofa that has the bed in it could be updated it was very old and uncomfortable also the sliding door in the living room for balcony access was very very hard to open.

Great pool and beach access. Loved the view from our 9th floor balcony. Only downside is waiting for elevators especially during check in and check out.

Rented this unit for the week before Memorial Day. Condo was very clean, furniture was comfy, beds were awesome & all the appliances were in good shape. Balcony & outdoor furniture were very nice. Enjoyed watching the waves.

Few of the outlets were stripped, needed to sweep the floor to keep the sand from being tracked around & the front bedroom can get a little hot if the door isn't left open some at night.

Overall, property was just what we wanted. Right on the beach, pools were all good, racquetball court was a big success & the staff were all friendly.

We loved staying at the Phoenix V condo with great ocean front balcony. The condo was clean and had great decorations and furnishings. Location of the building was great and property was well maintained. We found a favorite restaurant, Tacky Jacks and we already miss it.

Unit was very clean and exactly as described. Great location, excellent beach access and overall a wonderful experience.

The shower curtain had mold on it and the ice machine pushed ice all over the floor every time you opened it. The kitchen outlets only 2 worked and those 2 were on the small side of the kitchen so constantly moving things. No clock except on stove not even in bedrooms the clocks that were on living room wall had no batteries. There were no supplies couldn’t even wipe off counter. One tiny tiny bar of soap in dirty bathroom! Overall great view but I would recommend a different room!!!

Stayed for a Friday to Friday family vacation at this charmingly decorated condo. Perfect size and layout for our family of four. I would stay here again and again. Only thing keeping it from absolutely being 5 stars across the board were the pillows and towels. They could use a little upgrade. This place and the communication you get from the company is amazing! Location made it easy to get to around the area.

We had a wonderful trip had a great view condo wad nice definitely needed a deep clean under the bed & less noticeable places. Definitely, would've loved a regular toaster. Also, not recommended for people with fear of heights. I would recommend the place to other people forsure. The elevator was an issue when we arrived to get luggage to the condo to many people not enough elevators. The Manager was nice

Easy rental experience. Condo was exceptionally clean and well appointed.

We had a great stay! Mostly updated condo! only issues were a rattling vent in the guest room and needed a better broom to be able to sweep up sand from day to day. very up to date for the most part the only room they may could use a little help was the guest bathroom shower. I would recommend this condo for a great getaway. It was cleaned very nice when we got there.

We would stay here again. The unit was clean, complex had ample parking, and we weren't restricted to renting Saturday to Saturday. Enjoyed kayaking at Paddled By You, parasailing with Pleasure Island Parasail, and mini-golf at Beachside Mini Golf.

Condo was exactly as described...clean and very maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location for ease of traveling around Orange Beach.

Great location close and access to all things. Pool, beach, tennis courts and plenty of eating options very close. Spacious updated condo with awesome views. One most definitely stay again.

The condo was very comfy. Great view. We stayed 2 weeks so did a fair amount of cooking. I thought that the kitchen could have been a little better equipped for a lengthy stay.

We enjoyed our trip so much. The condo was clean and spacious. Great location and great views. Property management was very easy to communicate with.

Stayed 2 weeks. This place is clean, updated, well maintained, and a great location. Will stay here again.

We were a last minute deal and the owner and management staff were very friendly and easy to work with. The condo was very spacious for our family of 5. The condo has the most comfortable beds of about any condo we have stayed in. The view from the ninth floor was awesome. There were really no issues with the condo or the property. Pool and splash pad are great and it’s a short walk to the beach. Would recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again. Thanks to Andy and Julia for making this last minute trip possible.

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix V. Our condo was newly renovated, clean and had a wonderful ocean view! The pool was great. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was not great, but it was in the showers! We would definitely come back!
