Property management was excellent. Condo was nice but the couch needs replaced---full of stains.

Bathroom sink clog taken care of quickly. Could use more mixing bowls. Only big complaint was all the bed pillows were hard, unflexibe and very uncomfortable. Other than that very satisfied. Lots of beach chairs, toys we were unaware of which, if we'd known, would have saved us a lot of car space on our trip from Missouri

Condo was clean and perfectly laid out. We had 8 ladies staying and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds and all furniture were very comfortable. Room was nice and clean. The location was amazing. So much to do all within walking distance. Renting was so easy and even after hours when I texted a question, they would respond quickly. Loved this condo!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix X804. The condo was spacious for the 6 of us, giving us privacy when needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio, but would've appreciated more comfortable seating. Would have also loved to have a Keurig instead of a full coffee maker, which we didn't end up using since we only had 1 coffee drinker. Thanks for the stay!

We stayed in Unit 916 and Unit 804. We gathered every morning and every night in Unit 804. It was the perfect place to gather and make memories. It was very spacious and beautiful. Perfect for family gatherings. Small suggestion: the only thing we would change is to have better pillows. The beds were wonderful.

We had a great vacation. Everything was as expected. I would stay again for sure.

Smartly placed hooks in master bath and in entry for your keys, towels and swimsuits. Nicely decorated bedrooms. Master bed was comfortable. Charlie was a joy to work with. Beautiful condo,the furniture and appliances were all in great shape, and the decor was gorgeous. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely rent this condo again. We always stay at the Phoenix X, we enjoy going to the Flora Bama for lunch and just like the location....

We love the Phoenix X location. Condo was perfect for 2 families to share. We had wonderful time.

Great place, lots of space, perfect location. Great people to deal with. The condo had everything we need. Very clean.

This was a fabulous vacation rental. It was very spacious and clean. The balcony was nice as was the view from there. Very close to The Gulf (one of my favorite restaurants). It was such a relaxing weekend getaway!

We stayed here for a bachelorette/girls weekend and it was amazing! The condo was in a perfect location, right beside Flora-Bama, so you are right in the middle of the party! It was very clean and it had everything you needed! I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was large and spacious 3 bedroom unit with a large dining and living area. Beds were all queens and a king in the master and very comfortable.
Great place for a large family or trip with friends!

We had a great experience at the Phoenix X. My family of 5, along with a friend and her two boys had plenty of space. The condo was well furnished and clean. The location was great! We would definitely stay in this unit again.
