Phoenix VII 1408

Phoenix Rentals is very good at communicating from the booking process all the way to check in. The staff was very friendly, cleaning staff included. The pictures were true to the unit.
We would recommend staying at the Phoenix properties.

The condo was clean and had plenty of space. We liked the more open layout. The beds were comfortable and we liked the king in 2 rooms with 2 queens in the other. The kitchen supplies were sufficient. We had everything we needed to cook for the week. The new patio doors are nice and easy to glide. We love the indoor pool and hot tubs. The hot tubs are very hot. Outdoor pool is always really cold in March. 2 of the elevators were out the last two days which led to really long waits to go up or down and from the 14 floor that’s a lot of steps. The only thing I would change is more elevators which I know isn’t possible but when they build more they need another set for all the condos in that building.

This is our second year to stay in this particular unit for Spring Break week, and again we have enjoyed being here, immensely. The location of the unit is perfect for our activities, which included lots of beach time with our 3 young grandchildren. I have enjoyed dealing with the management company who handles the rental details of this unit. They are friendly and very easy to work with, from beginning to end. The unit itself is clean and mostly updated with nice furniture and all the kitchen appliances, etc. necessary for a relaxing week. It easily accommodated 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. The only negatives were an antiquated dishwasher and not-so-friendly main desk employees at the building who had nothing to do with the rental management company that we used. (That can't be helped)! We hope to be back again, next year.

The place was beautifully decorated with an amazing and relaxing view. We can’t wait to go again next year! Thank you for your wonderful accommodations and everything being so easy to book.

We had a wonderful time!!! Very happy with the condo except when we checked in at 4:30 the housekeeping wasn’t done yet. There was no clean bedding. I called and they were aware and sent someone right away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!!

Condo was bigger than expected which was great! The view was amazing from our balcony. I wish there would have been a better broom so we could have swept more throughout the week. Kitchen supplies could be updated and I would recommend putting hooks up in the bathrooms/bedrooms to hang wet towels. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

The location is convenient to grocery stores and dining. Publix is right up the street, keep going you have a neighborhood Walmart and a little further is a dollar general. The condo was very nice, clean and well kept! The pool areas were clean and well kept. Several grills by the pool area. Only thing and i may have missed read but parking is not included in your total price like some of the other condos i have stayed at. Parking is $36 per vehicle and for our guest that was coming to visit they had to find somewhere to park and walk up to the condo.

My family enjoyed our 6 night stay at the Phoenix VII. It is a great location, convenient to restaurants & the marina. The guys enjoyed a deep sea fishing trip, which is a real adventure. We had fantastic food at Lulu’s, Tacky Jacks, Florabama & The Southern Coffee Grind. The shopping was terrific from the local boutiques to the Tanger Outlet mall in Foley. The condo was beautiful, clean & very tastefully decorated. Our views were stunning. The ocean is amazing & good for the soul. We will definitely be back. We love Orange Beach!!!

Delightful space with great views. Step out of your master bedroom onto a very large balcony. Watch the sunrise with your first cup of coffee, Well stocked kitchen to enjoy meals.

We stayed in this condo for 3 nights, it was a beautiful condo and the location was beautiful as well. It was right on the beach with a gorgeous view. We would definitely stay there again.

It was great from check-in until check out. The condo is beautiful. It was super clean when we arrived. Check-in is simple. I love the option to change the door lock to your preferred code. The views from the balcony are beautiful. They provided information about Orange Beach (where to go, where to eat etc.) a few days prior to arrival. I loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Shopping carts are located in the lobby for those who purchase groceries. I did not have to contact anyone for anything. I will be staying here again in th he future.

We had a great time at our stay in 1408! Our only complaint is that there were not any extra blankets in the unit, so bring your own. Also, the chairs at the pool were rusted and kind of falling apart. Otherwise, the view was gorgeous, the unit was clean and beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay!

The condo was wonderful. Very spacious and clean. Owner was great to work with. The blue walkway mat in the sand was great, a real back saver getting to beach. Will be back again.

Condo was amazing, views are breathtaking. Condo was clean. Front desk at check in needs some customer service training. I stood there for a few minutes before even being acknowledged. No one was in line but me.
The security personal at the gate also needs some customer service training they are rude in all ways. Other then that the condo was great!

This condo is clean, beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped. I am very particular about the living room furniture when choosing our condos - comfortable, home-like couches and chairs are a must. Open concept living is perfect in this condo with the kitchen, dining and living room space being one large area. The kitchen is very well equipped and I was pleased to have a large crockpot since we eat in most nights and I was able to leave our evening meal cooking before heading to the beach. The balcony was very nice with a table, chairs and chaise lounge. We loved the keyless entry - no worries about lost keys.
Even though the condo is super nice I do have a couple of thoughts on making it even nicer...there are no curtains (only blinds) in the 2 guest bedrooms. Those bedrooms are next to the walkway so lights are on all night making it difficult to sleep. Room darkening curtains would be a plus. We were fortunate to have a king size bed in the first guest room but the mattress really should be replaced. Our shower curtain was beautiful but the liner was torn and needed to be replaced.
This condo is super nice despite my suggestions and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for providing a great "home away from home" for our family's vacation.

Condo was amazing! Amenities were nice. Only thing I didn't like was paying $20 for parking, and it made difficult for family to come visit.

This condo was PERFECT!!! Amazing Gulf views... Clean White Sand beach... Property has nice indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts and Raquet Ball courts... Condo itself was amazing! there were 6 in our group and the 3 bedrooms/2 baths and 4 beds was perfect... the layout is ideal for a family... Kitchen was well stocked... the closet was a nice suprise as it held beach chairs and body boards that the kids got a TON of use out of... The location is, in my opinion, ideal as it is located 6-7 miles from Gulf Shores, which we found to be crowded and over-rated... within a mile or so to GREAT restaurants (you MUST try Moe's BBQ)... would definitely recommend the property and the location... would definitely book this exact condo again!

In a great location and a very well run property. Rental has plenty of room and pretty much everything you need for a 5 day vacation. We only had 5 people with us so there is definitely plenty of room for that number. Would recommend to rent to other people.

This condo worked out perfect for our large family. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the huge TV in the living room. We will definitely be back when we come to Orange Beach again!

The condo was great, we had 4 adults,3 teens and we had plenty of room. It was clean, and the views were beautiful. Beach access is easy. Nice to be able to see our group from the balcony. The only negative was, I wish they had a few more pans in the kitchen. We eat in more than out, and could have used a few additional items. (cookie sheet, griddle)
