Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
This Phoenix VI condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Two tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.
Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. The condo has one full bath off the master and a half bath off the entrance hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
Our condo is located on the second floor, and not a far walk from the elevators.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

My wife and I spend 3 months down here during the winter back home.This condo is perfect for us with a great view. All new kitchen last year and new furniture. Very comfortable.The staff is fantastic as are the people from all over the states. Phoenix VI is a very popular.

the Condo was amazingly beautiful and so well decorated.. Beach feel with great taste and quality , the view was awesome and quiet , spacious .just perfect for the two of us. First off the welcoming staff was pleasant and the lobby was very impressive. Our condo was pristine and our view was incredible. The location is fantastic, only minutes from most venues and restaurant, yet away from hustle and bustle of the souvenir shops.

Perfect condo for two or a couple with small children. Unit hhas been recently remolded and is very comfortable and inviting. We loved the balcony with the high table and chairs - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The second floor is on the end, so you are away from the noise of the pool. We will definitely book this unit again!

Very clean and well maintained unit and facilities. We were all comfortable and and wished we had book a longer stay! My only critique would be the lack of back up stock on essentials. No extra trash bags, toilet paper, or dishwasher detergent.
Who wants to do dishes on vacation anyways, right? We would definitely come back!

This condo was spectacular. The view the patio furniture, the amenities at this property were fantastic best place we have ever stayed. The property was clean and well maintained daily. The owner contacted us and asked if we needed anything. All we needed was new batteries for channel changers and that was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend this condo for a 2 person stay. The extra bathroom was a huge plus. We found the diamond in the rough at SUN ROC just down the street to the EAST. Marine restaurant and excellent shopping experience. We have never been there. Make sure you visit Too Hot Babes excellent womens swimming suits. Thank you we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay in orange beach Alabama. The mattress on the bed is depressed on the side hear the bathroom of which made a person feel like they would slide off if sleeping near the edge of the bed. There were also no extra blankets in the condo to use on the couch or to add to the bed. The screen door to the balcony was found off and leaning against the wall of the balcony so we notified the front desk and it was quickly repaired and put back on.

Our first visit to Orange Beach and first time with Phoenix properties. This condo was everything as described! We loved the location, the view was fabulous, gorgeous sunrise and sunset, dolphin sightings every day. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The 2nd half bath is a great feature.The property location is close to everything,yet it is in a much less congested part of the area. There was no downside for us, we definitely plan to return.

We were very impress with the way we were treated by employees and staff of Phoenix VI. The property was very clean and well kept. We were a little hesitant at first about making the trip but after arriving in Orange Beach we felt right at home. There were not many guest in the city that week, but things picked up later in the week. Many places were not open but that was fine with us, we wanted a quiet relaxing week and that’s what we got. This was our tenth year making this trip, so we are very familiar with the area and have plans to retire here one day.

This condo is great. It had everything we needed. It is in a great location. We did have a weird problem that the smoke detector went off in he middle of the night and I didn’t have a number to call for help. But it finally just stopped sounding. But other than that we had a amazing time.

We had a great stay at the Phoenix VI 202. Great location, great facilities and condo management were very helpful. Charlotte, thanks for all your help before and during our stay! We stayed in this condo for 8 nights and LOVED it! It is located at the end of the building away from the noise of the pool. Loved being on the 2nd floor and using the stair access to the underground garage avoiding waiting for the elevator. Loved working with Charlotte with Phoenix Rentals. Needed extra towels and had them within an hour! Will definitely use her next beach trip!

Great room to stay for an extended weekend with the family. Only issue was a few of the pots need to be replaced so if you plan on cooking, I would suggest bringing a few of your own. We always enjoy our stay at any Phoenix property and this is one Condo I would recommend.

Our stay at the Phoenix VI in condo 202 was excellent. We loved the condo and the location. It was perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely be back to stay here again. The facility was well kept up and very clean. The staff was excellent and very accommodating.

The unit was clean and well equipped. Phoenix VI is in a good location. Close to several good restaurants and attractions. This unit also came with garages parking which was very nice.

The overall maintenance of the condo was not as good as the last time we stayed. The bathroom sink dripped constantly; one of the balcony doors was off of the track; and there were numerous lights out throughout. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Had a great time in Orange Beach. Condo was great, weather was great (at least for the majority of week), and location of Phoenix VI is within minutes of golf, biking, restaurants and grocery. All good.

Our room was great, view was awesome, very clean and up to date. I only have one complaint, our 9 year old son got separated from his older brother and couldn't remember our room number and couldn't find his brother or us (his parents). He went to the front desk to ask to use the phone so he could call his parents and they refused to let him use the phone. Very un-professional, went to ask her about it and her English was so limited I just let it go. Also the initial check in process wasn't pleasant either, although i had a confirmation number apparently it wasn't the number she needed and was rather rude about it. Also the 2 ladies working the front desk that day also were arguing in front of us and other guests. Other than the front desk help the place was awesome.

This was a very nice condo for a couple. Loved having 1 1/2 bathrooms. My suggestion would be to discuss real cleaning with your cleaning staff. If you would like specifics you can email me. My ONLY complaint with Phoenix 7 is the LONG hike to the beach.

We had a great time. Everything was very clean and the employees were very helpful and friendly. The beach was very clean. Our only complaints would be that one of the toilets wouldn't flush and the beach was too far away from the condo. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I have never been to Orange Beach before. .but will definitely go again. The beaches were big..not crowded. The condo we stayed in was perfect. The Pheonix VI condominiums are very nice. You can not beat the amenities. Beautiful pool and right on the ocean.
