This is a North facing unit with amazing views of the Gulf State Park from the regular balcony and incredible views of the Gulf from the unique 3000 sq. ft. patio! The patio is exclusive to this condo, no other unit may use it!! The Patio includes seating and a huge Bar for serving your favorite drinks with the best views in Orange Beach!! Great for Receptions!!
Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated four bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 50'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 3000 sq ft condo. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large patio has unbelievable views of the waves and beach and beach views from the Balcony as well!
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a double bunk bed which is perfect for kids. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 12.
For your convenience we have installed a key-less entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. There is also a large state of the art exercise room. You have covered parking in the garage.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This was an amazing place. The views were incredible. We were able to enjoy a side view of the beach and see the main road from the extended balcony. I would love to come back and stay. This is a great place to stay very clean and a lot of room to relax.

Spacious 4 bedroom unit with a 3,000 square foot private patio all to ourselves with great views of the ocean, city of orange beach, and gulf state park. We had this room booked in 2020 only to get canceled due to a hurricane. We swore we would get this room one day so we made it happen this year and we couldn’t have been more pleased with it! Would definitely recommend!

We have a very positive experience. We had 11 people in our group from all areas of the country from TX to GA. There was more than enough room for the whole crew. The unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials needed to cook every meal. The large patio was amazing. Julia with the rental company was very attentive and touched base several times to make sure everything was okay. We have stayed at many Phoenix properties; however, this was the first time we have experience such personal service. We had one very minor issue which was handled immediately. The only thing others should be aware of is that this is a VERY LARGE building (32 floors) so the elevator is an issue at check-in/check-out times.

We had an amazing time! The private balcony is amazing. We highly recommend this for any family or group vacationing. It’s perfect for meals, games, relaxing, watching the ocean, or drinking and talking.
The only thing i would recommend to owners is maybe upgrading furniture in living room, it wasn’t real comfortable. The second thing is in the queen guest bedroom where the bathroom and bedroom meet the carpeting needs fixed, we kept stepping in it and it hurts when u step on the pointy part, looks like it’s just coming undone or wore down.
The second quest room with two queens was an amazing size it was like a second suite. The bunk room bottom bunk was actually huge and could fit two kids comfortably on bottom and one on top. The kind master was beautiful also. Especially the bathroom.
The wet bar has its own ice maker which is super nice.
I would recommend bringing your own pitcher (for tea or drinks) and also a mixer if needed. All the bathrooms did not have blow dryers so that too.
If your checking in on Saturday I recommend getting there at 2:30 and getting your parking passes then go ahead and unload your car, you can’t get in room until 4 but you can hang out in hallway and kids can get out and play. Once 3:30 hit the elevators are awful and your waiting at least an hour if you can grab carts at 2;40 and get up to your floor you will be glad you did trust me. We also left at 7am on Saturday to avoid the rush and it was perfect also. The only other time the elevators were busy was when it rained and everyone came in at once.
Just minor things but all in all i would highly recommend this place and this condo. Julia was amazing to work with and always available to get ahold of or contact us right back when needed.

The condo was spacious enough for our family of 12. It was roomy enough our 8 grandchildren to spread out and enjoy personal space or interact together. The weather our week was cooler but the large inside heated pool was a big bonus. Phoenix II West was a beautiful complex with many more amenities that would have been fun to experience were it not for the weather. Wonderful week had by all in our family.

We travel with 3 families and these place was great to accommodate all of us comfortable. The patio outside has a view to the beach and the gulf. The balcony has a view to the street with a beautiful view of the sunset. The patio has a beautiful view of the sunset and lots of space for the kids to play and for adults to hangout. We will definitely look in renting this again! The manager Julia was so helpful and answered all my questions quickly.

The circumstances were not the best. But, the unit, 2113, provided so many opportunities to stay within refuge from the tropical storm! We had the full complement of 12 including children, children-in-law, and grandchildren. The space was very accommodating and the outside terrace was a real enhancement. We would have used it much more except for the storm. But, it was a great place to enjoy a Father's Day steak dinner cooked well on the ground floor charcoal grills. Be forewarned. The north facing units have more traffic noises than the sound of the ocean but that is the only down side. And, for bicycle aficionados, there is very easy access to the Hugh Banyan bike trails. Ask the gate guard about just how easy it is to go and ride there. I would highly recommend this unit and Phoenix West II for a great vacation. Elevators were a little slow during check in and check out dates/hours but were adequate even for then. And, many in our party loved the "Lazy River".

Enjoyed a great multi-family Thanksgiving vacation in this condo. 6 beds and a pull out sofa offered the sleeping space needed to accommodate everyone. It was chilly out, and the building offered a fabulous indoor heated pool and numerous hot tubs to keep warm. We used the gym, the tennis courts and the BBQ area. We didn't realize until arrival that the condo is not beach front - it faces the street. Several light bulbs were burned out throughout the condo and smoke alarm battery chirped indicating it needed to be replaced. Overall it was a great trip!

We truly loved the condo and the patio with the sweeping views of Orange Beach was just breathtaking. This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it. The ice machine was a plus since we all love our ice!! Our family of afternoon nappers loved the back bedrooms and their darkness. It does need some additional cookware and we couldn't get the light over the stove to work but other than that, it was wonderful! Having stayed at many beach homes/condos over the years, we were thrilled that the dryer actually worked!! Great place to stay and we will be back!!

The furniture and decorations in the condo itself were very nice. There were not enough pots and pans for someone who is cooking for 12 people (pots were too small - they had one large stock pot, but not what I would typically use for regular cooking for a large group). The beds were very uncomfortable in the Master, the room with the single queen and in the room with the bunk beds (I wouldn't even call what was on the lower full size bed a mattress - it reminded me of something on a cot - I guess people usually put their kids in that room so they probably don't complain). The patio was wonderful and the biggest selling point to the condo! The foyer leading out to the patio was very nice to have as it has room for storage and keeping things that would normally be taking up space elsewhere. The parking situation was very disappointing. We were told that we would have 3 parking spots (for a cost of $28 each spot) and could make arrangements for a 4th with the property management. We did get the 3 spots as promised, but were unable to get the 4th because they were full and the 4th vehicle had to be parked offsite (which the booking company was helpful in acquiring). The elevator situation was terrible. When we arrived it took several times of full elevators stopping that couldn't fit us before we were able to get up or down. The property itself was beautiful and everyone enjoyed the lazy river, slide and the indoor pools (you could make the case that this made the other things we endured worth it). The beach was much more crowed than we were used to with rental umbrellas 4 rows deep and non rentals in a row in front of those and tents at the back.

The condo was as promised and what you would expect: nice, clean, etc. The private patio is literally the size of the condo. It was a great place to hangout - and because most of the windows looking down on it are from hallways, it doesn't make you feel like you are in a fishbowl. My favorite thing was the code to get in the door - didn't have to go by some other location to pick up keys, and more importantly - when traveling with multiple kids and passing around a few keys, this was UNBELIEVABLY helpful especially since you could easily change the code to something everyone could remember. The only "negative" would be to verify how many vehicles can be parked at the condo - heard lots of complaints from people checking in around me (the week of july 4th) about the limitations. Lastly - great follow-up during my stay JUST to make sure everything was fine.

We enjoyed a 4 night stay over fall break. Plenty of space to spread out and very clean. The only drawback was the lack of adequate cookware. We usually don't do a lot of eating out but this trip we largely had to do so. Overall a great rental.

this condo gets the award for "Cleanest Place I've Ever Stayed". The beds and linens were comfy, the kitchen well-appointed for our needs. The side veranda was a lovely place to enjoy our evening drinks and snacks while we watched the beach empty and calm descend like a welcome friend. Stunning, lovely... Only less crowds could have improved it! For Labor Day weekend, the elevators were overtaxed and long waits were the norm during peak times. We were unable to get an extra parking pass but the property mgmt co runs a lot less than a mile up the beach for overflow. However, this unit was Tops and we'd stay here again!

The property was great and complete meet our expectations for a family get away. Our group consisted on my children, their spouses and 6 grand children. The area and property is very family friendly. The pools, lazy river and beach were all clean an a hot with the kids. The unit was clean and had all we needed for preparing meals. Relatives that we staying at another property, consisting of 10 additional people, came for dinner and we didn't have any problems accommodating them. The only negative was the elevator situation. Their were only six and one may days the wait was long. The first couple of days were especially bad with everyone checking in. Overall it was a very positive experience
