See truly amazing views. Phoenix Gulf Shores 1704 is an east corner unit directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Through the side wall of floor-to-ceiling windows you see all the way down the beach to the east. See the amazing sunrise in the morning, the beach and water all day long, and the lights of "metropolitan" Gulf Shores after dark. It's impressive.
Under new ownership in 2022, and there have been many upgrades in 2023. New additions include: leather sofa, two leather recliners, eight dining chairs, heavy duty patio set (table and six chairs), under-the-counter wine fridge, air fryer in the kitchen, and more.
At almost 2,000 sq ft, there is plenty of room for your family, or your getaway with friends. Unit 1704 offers four bedrooms, three full baths, and NO carpet. It offers a keyless entry door lock for convenience, and full-size appliances, including washer/dryer in the laundry closet. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 48" TV. The second bedroom has a king bed and a 40" TV. The other two bedrooms each contain two queen beds and a 40" TV. With two king beds and four queens, PGS 1704 sleeps 12 in all.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We were a bit worried about staying on the 17th floor but the unit had a great view. Overall stay was good. the unit does need a new master bedroom dresser - pulls are broken. The kitchen had the majority of items you need to cook with. Could use some tupperware/storage containers, and dish clothes. Unit was clean except floors needed a good scrubbing. Unit needs mop and vaccuum.

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations! The unit was extremely clean, spacious, nicely decorated and very welcoming The view of the ocean and the area were spectacular. The condo's location was superb, making it easy to access restaurants and shopping. The pools were clean and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers. The pictures do not do it justice. We have rented many condos but this is by far the best and we will defiantly stay here again! Thanks so much

The views are incredible!! Location is a bit further down away from things than we would have liked. The chair in the corner by the window has a broken leg, luckily we noticed before anyone sat on it and was injured. The bedroom with the window to the hallway only has a thin curtain so the hallway light lights up the room all night and we had to put a blanket up to block the light. The rooms do not have good clothing storage, very limited hangers in the closets and the "dressers" are more like TV stands than good places to store a weeks worth of clothes, so we had to live out of suitcases. The room we had last year had large dressers in all rooms. There were also a few stains on some of the pillows, pillowcases and bedding and could use replacing. Overall a great stay

We had a blast. The views were incredible.
We had a wonderful stay! The views were amazing, the condos layout and ample seating was great. The beach was right out front so it was easy to get to, along with shops and delicious restaurants! The only negative was that the outdoor pool was very cold during our stay. Other than that, everything was great!
