I have stayed in a lot of condos and this by far was the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. We picked this condo for its great location.There were a few things we would change, the light bulbs in all the bedrooms were low watts and really need to be changed so you can see better, we weren't given a gate code to access the beach at check in but lucked out and some other guests were there and gave us the number, we would prefer less fancy bedspreads and throw pillows on the beds. We like the bedspreads that are washable with the clean bed quarentee. If those things were changed this condo would be Perfect. We would rent this condo again. It is large and has plenty of storage and a superb large balcony.

Highly satisfied. By far one the the cleanest condos I have stayed at. The beds are absolutely amazing. The View incredible! Security was in top of everything and I loved it ! Michael was so helpful and understanding! Definitely planning on staying here again!

what a beautiful unit. it has everything you need for your vacation. the modern look is just stunning. views from the 17th floor will never be forgotten. one of the king beds needs so support replacements and a chair on the balcony needs a new screw. the outdoor pool could use some time of heater for the cooler months. some of the sinks had hair in them on arrival but nothing we couldnt look past due to this amazing place. 5 stars no questions. i hope we get to come and stay again in the years to come. thank you for sharing this beautiful place with others.

The condo was as beautiful as it described and a beautiful view of the gulf. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was within walking distance of many things to do. Checking in was very easy. The property outside of our condo was very clean. Including the pool area. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
When we arrived we did find some dirty dishes and silverware in cupboard’s. We put things through the dishwasher and all was good. It looked like the previously people who stayed there put things away without putting things through the dishwasher. We contacted the owner and they were very apologetic. Very nice people to work with. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

I felt the condo itself should have been cleaner. Popcorn and other debris on the floor and under the coffee table, bathrooms floors weren’t clean and patio table was filthy. I bought some cleaning supplies and took care of it. Otherwise a very nice condo. I would return to the Phoenix again.

We spent 6 weeks at this location, we were not disappointed as it was as shown in on our original web search. We found it to be a great place to get away from winter. Looking forward to our next visit.

Everything was great! Beautiful condo, great views. Had what we needed to for cooking breakfast. The beds were comfortable. Check in/check out was easy peasy! Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The only negative is that every TV remote needed batteries, so I had to go out and purchase some. Other than that, it was excellent. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed when we decided to cook in. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

This condo was a very spacious and clean. However there were a few minor things that could have made things better, the master bedroom lamp didn’t work. The comforter in the master bedroom had a giant stain when I flip it over, so that made me scared so we slept with the blanket provided, but of course we washed it and all the sheets, on all the beds, that’s when noticed the bed liner was disgusting. Other that that we had a great time. I would suggest this spot to friends and family .

With the exception of 2 of the 3 bathroom toilet seats being very broken upon our arrival to the point of needing replacement by maintenance on a weekend and a few frayed towels, we felt this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo was great and suited us perfectly for 3 couples vacationing in GSAL. However, we would suggest the bedrooms have some type of furniture piece (bench, chair, table, etc.) to put things on such as the bed's decorative pillows when not in use versus on the floor.

Property was clean, great location to beach.

This home is beautiful. The views are spectacular, and the balcony is the perfect place to have coffee.
The home was perfect for our family to get away from the Illinois weather.
The only reason this home did not score straight perfect was the cleanliness and bed sheets. The home was clean on the surface, but my granddaughter crawled on the floor and was covered in black dirt when we picked her up.
The bedroom sheets popped off, no matter how well we made the bed. This did not include the top sheet, but also the mattress cover. It was not a deal breaker; it was just frustrating in the middle of the night.
Overall, these small issues were not deal breakers. Our family would stay here again!

This was a clean well kept place with all the amenities you could need. The property had two pools and easy beach access. Staff was friendly, parking was covered. Little grocery store across the street was also very convenient. View from back patio was great.

Our golf group decided visit the Alabama gulf coast for a golf trip. This unit was perfect. After 18-36 holes of golf, being able to have a short walk to the beach was great. Usually we never go to the actual beach due to the distance. We came in from golf, went out on the beach and enjoyed some adult beverages. With plenty of places to eat close by, another plus. Then having really nice upscale bedding with big screen TV's topped off the day. We already have planned for next year and are bringing 2 more foursomes. Having available units on both sides of this unit to book together was perfect. The decor, ice machine, one of a kind granite, and cleanliness just made it that much better. Even we other coming back with us next year, we are making sure we get this unit.

We stayed at the Phoenix Gulf Shores for the Christmas holiday. Everything was convenient as we were kept up to date with emails prior to arriving. The condo was beautiful and very clean. We had a wonderful stay!

On our arrival day got text saying room was ready for check in at around 11 am, too bad we still had 8 hours of driving left. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. All the appliances worked and the kids and adults loved the icemaker in the wet bar. Got another text on the road saying that they left extra towels for us. We would defiantly stay there again. Loved the indoor pools for the grandkids to play in on the days it was too cool to go to the beach.
Very convenient to area attractions.
The only thing I didn't like was having to pay extra $55 per car to park.

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix Gulf Shores 1703. The condo is beautiful. The only suggestion I have is to remove a few items such as bathroom rugs (looked really dirty), throw pillows and bed comforters. Since the pandemic I have come to the conclusion that less is more. I would suggest just providing the towels that hotels offer for bathroom floors so that the renters are able to wash them and just putting nice clean crisp white sheets on the beds.

Planned a beach trip before school started back to include our children and grand children. What an excellent family time. We loved that the beach was so close to the pool. With grandchildren going back and forth from the beach to the pool it was nice to have a short walk. We have stayed at other properties and it seemed like we had to walk 100 yards from the end of the walkway to get to the ocean. This unit has a very short walk. If we forgot anything or someone had to go to the restroom it was right there. The pool was great and the grandchildren loved the water slide. We ate several meals in the unit and it was very well furnished. We were close to lots of restaurants and Bahama Bobs was close enough that we walked there and ate an early evening meal and then came back and stayed on the beach till dark. The leather furniture was a plus and the beds were very upscale and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

We came to this unit in 2019 for the best family vacation ever only to top it this year. Due to Covid, we were afraid the unit might not be available but thankfully it was. The walk to the beach seemed even shorter. We noticed some of the nicer things about the unit that didn't remember from last year. The large TV's in all bedrooms, nice laundry room with large washer and dryer, large dining room table that seats 8 plus the bar and bar stools gave us room to play cards, domino's, and other games all together. We washed all our clothes the night before leaving so we did not have to do that when we got home which worked out very well. The morning we left, after everyone was ready to leave, we just set around in the unit for about 30 minutes and talked about the favorite things we did and how much we enjoyed our time there. It seemed like we had to leave after just getting there. Time flies when you are having fun. We can't say enough good things about the unit and the rental company. Good Lord willing we will be back again next year.

Five friends and I visited the beach after weeks of being quarantined because of COVID 19. We were determined not to let a coming tropical storm dampen our trip. The Phoenix Gulf Shores was centrally located to many restaurants and entertainment. The parking deck made it easy to unload and load our vehicles. We were on 17th floor and our view was gorgeous. The deck was large and furnishings were comfortable.
The kitchen was well supplied and big. We prepared most meals and this was very helpful. Also, enjoyed having the ice maker. The table had seating for eight so there was plenty of room for us to play games. The only problem with the kitchen was the dishwasher did not clean the dishes well. That needs to be addressed.
The beds were comfortable and beautifully decorated.
We would return and highly recommendation this accommodation.

Our trip to was absolutely amazing, in large part due to the amenities offered in the condo. The condo was beautifully furnished, very clean, and well stocked. There was ample room for our family and the balcony provided an excellent view. Will definitely stay again!

This is a well appointed unit with great elevator access. There are three good sized bedrooms and three baths with high end finishes. The kitchen and bar area are beautiful. Though not decorated in my particular taste it is a great unit. Balcony is large with great views.

This condo was brand new! We enjoyed the views high atop the beach on the 17th floor. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was a nice perk. It was very clean and well stocked. The only complaint was that the outdoor pool was not heated...very chilly when it was only 70 outside.

We had a wonderful time in Gulf Shores and our accommodations at the Phoenix Gulf Shores were fantastic! My only helpful suggestion is to have dark washcloths for make-up removal! The view was tremendous and the condo was extremely nice!

Couldn't have had a better experience! This place was super clean and stocked with everything you would need. The decor was very nice and layout was great. The outdoor deck was huge, views are amazing and closer to ocean than expected. Would highly recommend this property!! Several good places to eat and have drinks near by.
Give Hog Wild BBQ a try, great BBQ, my family loved it!

This was a super getaway for our October Break. The place was fantastic. Parking garage, 2 pools, great access to beach. Walking distance to beach bars, and ice cream. This place was well furnished with everything we needed.
